Project Edward, making our roads safer

The team from Project Edward today joined forces with officers from the Met Police. A combination of Met Police Traffic Officers from the Chadwell Heath Garage, alongside safer Transport Team Officers from Bow undertook a special operation to highlight Project Edward across east London. The team spoke to many motorists and cyclists about vital safety measures when using roads in the capital.

I'd prefer safer streets, and the police doing proper police work, rather than generating money for minor traffic offences, but I suppose they need to look like they are doing a worthwhile job.
