Whats to look into ?ULEZ tax is nearly three times the council tax your paying if you drive every day which many of us do. It is a scandalous amount of money on are already many taxed incomes but worse still a tax on work!
ULEZ was a tory idea.

Basically councils have zero power. We have a Tory government... We have a Labour London Mayor and he's pretty much untouchable. What a lot of tosh.

It's all very well calling for Havering to 'Leave' London, though it's a pointless idea, but does Essex actually want Havering? Has anyone asked?
If Rosindell or anyone thinks that will end ULEZ is just stupid, ULEZ or something similar will come to the entire country in the next few years. Likewise 'pay per mile' will probably replace VED, as the Government (regardless of the party in power) will need to replace the £40Billion it currently earns from road users.

Don't vote for that Susan Hall next May, she hasn't got a clue , if you want Ulez gone and the ridiculous 20mph speed zones and cycle lanes that now take up half the road space, vote "HOWARD COX"

Sadly because I like him I fear Andrew is going to lose his seat next year.
BTW Essex borders changed in the 60's, I believe Romford is in Essex but
since the 60s it is now Greater London.
