Daughter of former MLB pitcher found, went missing from Texas bar

Brenna Swindell, the daughter of former UT-Austin and Major League Baseball pitcher Greg Swindell, has been found.
Her father posted on Facebook at 6:11 a.m. Tuesday confirming the news.

So, he abused her repeatedly during their relationship, choking her several times breaking her thumb.
She probably-
1- reported it to the police, then failed to show up for the preliminary hearing- because he said he was sorry and loved her.
2- Told her parents, which means they knew of the abuse- they did nothing to end the relationship.
3- Continued to put up with the abuse.
4- Continually exposed her children to the abuse she suffered.
5- Will blame the police.
