- This video features a the legendary BMW M6 V10. Although the 65 E63 is already a few years on the market, it's still looking good. The exhaust sounds coming from the S85 5.0 N/A V10 is just phenomenal.

No the 4.8L v10 (build by yamaha) of the Lexus LFA is better. However, the v10 5.0L at the bm m6 stay good👍

Basically took a shit on all of those cars. The Corvette sounded pathetic in comparison.

The E63 M6 Is one of the best BMWs ever made. We will never again see a BMW generation like this. Everything about this car is locked in time. They just don't make German cars like they used to.

I've seen successful DCT swaps so you're not chained to the POS that is the SMG III.
I'm saving up for one and If I don't mess up Imma buy one right when I graduate Uni so wish me luck :D

I hate the SMGIII with a burning passion, as it singlehandedly crippled this otherwise amazing car. Just not worth dropping $12K to the beat of a ticking bomb. I've heard some owners make it to 93K miles before replacing, others who replaced 3 times before even hitting 54K.
Someday, gotta find that Manual and hear that V10 scream in peace...until the rod bearings go out at least😂

@@grantmills4184 it isnt weak, its just that the car loses its acceleration and top speed and you can feel that it wasnt really designed to be a manual car
Violent, is the best word to describe the v10 m6. The best way/example is how aggressively it did those donuts with ease. Wouldn't trade mine for anything.
I think this thing is underrated because it's being shadowed by its 4 door sibling, the e60 m5 which literally shares an engine. I don't know why nobody put the e63 m6 but many listed the e60 m5 as one of the best sounding cars ever made. They are literally almost the same car.
That, and there was a lot of hate on the styling they did for the 6 series in general. I personally love the look of the 6 series, but I know when it came out, it was controversial. The 5 series looked like you “typical” BMW. Then you see the 6 series and it was way different. That’s why I love it. It doesn’t look like anything BMW has made before, and nothing looks like it after. One of a kind with one of the best sounding motors. It’s the end of an era for cars like these and e9x V8’s. We will never see another NA V8/V10 German motor we the public could buy. It’s a shame. If I had it my way, I would have an E92 with a DCT and an E62 with a manual and I’d be happy for awhile lol.
The other cars sound nice too but no comment the m6 beat them clearly all!

Just looking at C63/M5 V8s but came across these for sale also, and i have to admit they sound amazing. I want to buy a car like this for myself, not my family, for me and now its just choosing the right one, 2012 C63, 2012 M5 or this which has surprised me loads.
In my opinion It's the AKRAPOVIČ EXHAUST who make the work here !

Not would be, it is. It's only highly recommended when you pick one up due to the unknown of how it was driven by previous owner(s). Take care of the ones you put in there, and you're golden
