We just watched you getting into your property. That area really got dumped on with snow. You were lucky to get someone to plow you out. Sorry it had to cost so much. We're looking forward to your future videos. All the best and God bless.
Thank you 🙏
There are five more episodes ready to view on our channel. Three will get you caught up on us starting to build the house. We found a natural spring two weeks ago and the last video shows some of our down time where we did some hiking and explored the nearby town of Homer.
Our newest episode will upload tomorrow as we continue working on the house, hoping to get it ready by winter. If you Subscribe to our channel you’ll get notified when it’s ready to view. Thank you for watching and thank you for the well wishes. We need it! 🙂

😆 just a little joke. They drilled it into our heads as kids how to remember to spell Mississippi and I still say it to myself every time I write it.
Welcome to the channel and thank you for watching.
I just found y'all's channel, what's the outside dimension of your shed?

Hey Craig & Chandra! We were chatting on Bill's Live last night. What time of year did you guys do your move? I'm hoping to be on my way from OH in the spring. I'm following along!
We got here April 27th. There was still a lot of winter driving. If you could hold off until the end of May it would probably be better. What part of Ohio you leaving from?
@@ouralaskahomestead We're leaving out of NE Ohio. I'd love to leave around Thanksgiving this year but that would make things rather complex, as you can imagine! Still some things to sort out, but I'd have the truck loaded today if I could! -Dusty
@@DustyBottomAcresAK we’ve done the drive four times in the winter. I hate it! But it is doable. Will you be moving to raw land up here?
@ouralaskahomestead yes, it will be raw land. I am planning on starting with a small property that I can use as a base camp, and then locate a larger property with several acres for the full Homestead, once I can get up there and explore. I grew up with real winters, so winter driving is second nature to me.
@@DustyBottomAcresAK feel free to reach out if you have any questions. I’m happy to try and help.
