Got to agree Gary, an extremely well presented property. It must make such a selling point if one can move straight in. Location in cul-de-sac good too. I'm still not keen on kitchen/diners, but rooms could be rearranged. Super bathroom. And utility room. Surprised not a garage but how many actually use a garage for cars ?! Good big shed though. Glad the cat came over to say 'hello'.
I like the neighborhood because it has trees! This property also has good-sized gardens with well-tended mature landscaping. The rooms are large, though there is just one awkwardly-located bathroom. This could be remedied by relocating the laundry machines and adding a shower to the WC. There is a chef's kitchen, with a professional-style range and lots of counter space.

I really like it. The only thing would be do a little something more to the front and maybe resurface the drive way.

What a sweet lovely home! Not crazy about the gravel in front though. I'd change that out.
Why do so many properties have great swaths of gravel or stone chippings instead of lawn or good old English gardens? A few flowers wouldn't go amiss.
Agree. The house isn’t very welcoming.
