3×8=24 അതില്‍ 4 മാത്രം എഴുതുക. പിന്നീട് 4×8=32 ശേഷം 3×7=21 അത് തമ്മില്‍ കൂട്ടുക. 53 കിട്ടും. ഈ 53 നോട് ആദ്യത്തെ 24 ലെ 2 കൂട്ടുക. 55 കിട്ടും. അതില്‍ 5 എന്നത് 4 ന്റെ ഇടത് എഴുതുക. പിന്നീട് 4×7 = 28 കാണുക. ഈ 28ന്റെ കൂടെ 55 ന്റെ ബാക്കിയുള്ള 5 കൂട്ടുക. കിട്ടിയ 33 ഇടത് ഭാഗത്ത് എഴുതുക. 3354 കിട്ടും.
