    I just ordered a three pack of those Vertigo triple torch lighters from Amazon for like $23 with Prime shipping!

      Why ? You’re setting your house on fire or something ?

      @@firaz9090 Lol I wasn't planning on setting anything on fire, actually. I bought the three pack because it was cheaper per lighter, and I figured I would lose one, or I could give one or two away, but I wanted the torch lighter to use with my Dynavap M 2019 herb vaporizer.

    How is vertigo a good lighter? The electric light craps out a lot.

    Have the vertigo and the xikar but the single flame xikar. The vertigo uses a lot of fuel and gets stupid hot. It definitely won't go strait back into your pocket after lighting ur cigar. The xikar on the other hand I know it's a single but doesn't get hot and that tank seams to last forever.

      Make sure you pack your vapcap pretty tight but not too tight. When heating the cap try and heat close to the bottom of the cap whilst spinning the vaporiser with you fingers. If you are using a regular lighter make sure you bury the vaporiser in the flame dont hold it at the tip of the flame because you will end up with suture all over the cap. Heat for 2 seconds after the click and pull hard whilst feathering the carb hole with your finger. You should get 3 draws each cycle with 3 cycles in total. Wait till you hear the cool down before heating the cap again. The second heat cycle will produce the most potent vapor but if you work the carb hole correctly you should get consistent potent hits each cycle. Hope this helped.

      @eaSTS9 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      i know this is really old, but you can get many more than 3 cycles from a bowl if using a single torch. really only use a triple/quad if in a windy area/want fast heat for some reason. better taste and bigger clouds the slower you go..

    I've had mulitple Vertigo tripple jets. They all broke within months. Just stopped igniting out of nothing. Never even dropped them once. Looking foorr a better brand. Because I don't think I want Vertigos anymore.

      I bought 3 Vertigos about 5 years ago. Over 1000 cigars lit, and they still work great.
      Are you bleeding/purging your lighters before refilling? If not the tiny gaskets inside get screwed up from too much pressure. I purge before every refill.

    I love this style of lighter for my arthritis but the problem is they don’t last . I find the clicker fails a lot . Never have I had disposable lighters that last the distance . I don’t use ones that you can reuse the Flint because I physically can’t replace it’s flint and stuff

    • @brianfitch5469
      @brianfitch5469 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The flints last a long time. Ever seen a flint in a bic lighter go out? Bics and cheap lighters when they are empty I pop the wheel out and keep the flints for my zippos and other butane lighters. I think bics and the new scriptos advertise 3000 lights. That's much longer then those cheap clicker lighters. For the arthritis, is there someone around friend family or neighbor that could switch them out for you? Those electronic lighter buttons are harder to press then what it takes to change the flints. The assembly comes right out. Take a screwdriver sometimes don't need one they can be turned by hand easily the spring comes out drop the new flint in push spring back in and turn and that's it. Just saying if you can push the button in enough lighters to constantly go through them it's much easier to change a flint and it last a long time. Or keep a candle lit and when the button breaks you can still refill them and push the button down it releases fuel and next to the candle it catches and goes. I did this for a long time when I had to hide smoking green when I was much younger. Use a candle to start a lighter so it makes no noise. It's easier to push the broken buttons and light from another source. Another thing I've done is get a propane torch, and use it with a tiny flame they have good electric ignitions they hold up. And they last for months on a small 1lb bottle of propane it comes with. For a long time until I found the flint strike jet lighters. At home I just used my propane torches. It can go down to a tiny flame like a lighter and easy to light my bowl. I still use them sometimes if imma going to smoke a lot. Just keeping the small flame lit for a long time a bottle last me weeks and weeks easily

    The Vertigo would be a pain in the ass. These lighters are like the old days of carberators on cars. You need to fiddle with them all the time. No thanks.
    Xikar is ALL GARBAGE!!!! I have sent every goddamn one of mine back to them at a cost of postage to me of $8 per failure. They all break. UUUGGHHHHH
