The corkscrew lighter has an end adapted to the edge of the bottle. Instead of pulling on the cork, screw it in and then use the leverage on the silver piece to pop the cork...
Most corkscrew bottle openers require you use the "cover" as a lever, that's why it has that shape. You screw the screw deep enough that the indentations/shape/teeth of the lever can push the mouth of the bottle, then you just slowly use the whole body of the corkscrew device, as a lever. But honestly, that lighter would probably be useful for small bottles. My corkscrew has 2 leverage points and some times it's a bit difficult anyway.

the weirdest lighter I have is like a wand lighter but it uses electricity for fuel so its like a wand taser but it burns things insteads of electrify them. and to fuel it up I just need to plug it into a usb to charge.

I like the green fire lighter the best. It might have a small piece of copper built into the path of the flame. That would make any flame turn green.
