The idea of turning this shared fictional image that every myope has vaguely ingrained in their memory into an actual world is extremely clever. Wouldn't expect anything less from you. The clouds are particularly beautifully done.

Hah, for a 14 year old boy that has been to the eye doctor more times then i can count, the "turn" at the end was absolutely not surprising, but rather expected.
I actually burst into tears at the end and felt instant pity and sadness for him. He gave up his life and freedom for crime, and there was no changing that, so that view was his brief escape. Beautifully told, and heartbreaking.
Nobody gives up life and freedom for crime. People are forced towards this. Especially in a society that is so much underdeveloped that it cant even provide (in other places) basic insurances for everyone. Producing people just like him, not much uneven from you, just one more unlucky dude...

They say with 20/20 vision you can see the house. Beyond 20/20, you can see the child waving at you from the window. Some can even see the shadow figure standing behind the child. Those patients exhibit unpredictable reactions that are often problematic for the examiner.
Thus, the AOA has agreed to perpetuate the myth of ‘optimal’ 20/20 vision to the public.

Everyone complains about the air blast going into your eyes but for me, having the eyes of a mole with astigmatism, shining a bright light into my eye sends me reeling in tears and pain. It strains my eyes to be out in a sunny day, shining a flashlight into my eye might as well be a flashbang.
My optic nerves love to shoot fire needles directly into my brain. Nighttime police encounters are especially fun.
Maybe I also have astigma but how do I deal with it? Is this disease dangerous?
@@Roguelike_Enjoyer Astigmatism just means lights, especially at night time, are very streaky and star-like. It’s not dangerous and is different than light sensitivity. Just go to an eye doctor and get a prescription and glasses.

I dont understand this one, what does the barn mean and how does it connect to an eye test
@miguelpereira9859
There's a part of eye tests where they show you a picture of something.
Whether you see a house (this person called it a barn), hot air balloon, or something else doesn't matter. They just need your eyes still for the test.
The pictures the use vary, so people see different things.
People find it weird and creepy that people see different things. It's kind of like a creepypasta.

Absolutely beautiful, I'm going to remember this every time I see that image again. Incredible
I really love this one Umami. Thank you so much for making it.
This video stirred something inside of me. It kind of reminds me of some special places that now live only in my memories. Like a location cherished deeply and secretly that only I can access freely. It really makes me feel emotions long forgotten
Judging by the sky at the end, I'm assuming this is still part of the Interface world
The guy is the ringleader from Dreamland. I'm making the assumption based off his ruggishly handsome appearance. And the fact the hot air balloon was pink, a similar color motif in the episode
damn dude
This hurts me in unexplainable ways , good job
Saw this the next day after I went to the eye doctor. I didn't realize how deep looking through those machines felt.
The animation’s last part combined with the description of this video makes me believe that the former farmer regrets doing a certain thing that ended up with him in prison. I think that those people reminded him of his family, maybe that’s why his expression softened. He looks sad though, hopefully not depressed.
Edit: Other people are commenting that he ended the lives of his own family in some way. I definitely think he feels guilty, and not just a little bit either.
i see a pretty little house!
Wow, that emotional hit and implications at the end -- very well done. Visual storytelling at its finest :)

My mind is such a mess that i can only see images in my mind in a blurry way like a myope. It's like a fog that never goes away. Ill probably die without doing what i love
