    I love this video! I've been to Istanbul in Turkey once before and it is out of this world! Turkish culture is so rich with spices, textures, and food varieties!

    like again and again:) . Pastırma means that like "press". The name comes from process of preparing pastırma. So its place of origin is Turkey. :) But of course delicious in Italy too.
