Dressing:
Body: mirage UTC flat mylar over black thread
Underwing: grey squirrel dyed black
Overwing: black artic runner with a few very long guard hairs above
Throat: black artic runner
A few strands of mobile silver flash
UK reared Jungle cock
Black varnished head

Nice one mate for taking the time, much appreciated. I fish for the Dollaghan and I think it’ll work! The Dollaghan seem to like things that shine and flash, so I think I’ll give it a go - the JC, for Salmon yes but Dollaghan no, they can really make a mess of a fly with their teeth. All the best and tight lines. 👍🏻🎣

Hope you find it useful 👍 It's's a pattern I honestly don't think needs JC. I only had it on the original as it was tied for a wee competition and JC catches the eye of the angler easier 🤷‍♂️
