That is a good question and even I don't have the answer for it, how a student visa can be obtained in Dubai. But for Australia, the advantage is , you may be eligible for a full scholarship, part time jobs and a resident visa for short term once you complete your studies.

Skills assessment is done to assess if you have completed degree in line with their requirements. For ex : if you have a mechanical engineering degree. They will not award 10 or 15 points directly. Of course I know Arabian Industries. You need to talk to a professional migration agent. I cannot guide you in this aspect and don’t have much knowledge as well. PR process have changed and I did mine 6 yrs back. One thing for sure, higher the points the sooner you will get.

I only have gulf experience as Pipeline Foreman for 16 months, and 6 months as a Quantity Surveyor (Arabian Industries I think you know ) and 3 months shutdown in qatar and i came December 2022 to oman...

You need to talk to a professional migration agent. I cannot guide you in this aspect and don’t have much knowledge as well. PR process have changed and I did mine 6 yrs back.
One thing for sure, higher the points the sooner you will get.

@@crossthecountries worked in Uae for 2 years. Gulf will be a little bit easier with recommendations, if hr or higher officials are our relatives,friends. I know people who work hard but didn’t get their equal pay and people who didn’t work get more pay because higher officials working in the company are their relatives. Most companies try to get maximum work by us and finally does not care about employees.
