- Maybe I should have called my festive food series "Season's Eatings" right, I love a good pun me!
Today's video focusses on the release of McDonald's new Festive Menu which features some old favourites along with more new products - trying plenty of items - for your entertainment of course (nothing to do with me wanting to have them anyway!)
Not sure how much these item have to do with Christmas, but there you go!
I try the Cheese Melt Dippers, a Chicken Big Mac, the Big & Cheesy Burger and a Galaxy Caramel Pie.

Star of the show for me is the Big & Cheesy burger, for a McD burger it's pretty epic!
The Big Mac with chicken looks nearly healthy with all the salad 😂

I always take out that extra slice of bread in either big mac, my preference are the big tasties dont know why they aren't on sale all the time😊😊 top outdoor vid G

It has to be said that this could be a breach of the Trades Description Act, as Macky D's clearly don't understand festive!

Ah thank you! Difficult to film much outside this time of year, it gets pretty windy here by the coast, but if the weather permits then why not!

Looks good though, I need to find out what they have here at McDonald's, dont go there too often, too expensive for what go get. The galaxy pie sounds good to me.
Yeah, each country has it's own McD menu doesn't it. To be honest it's not my favourite of the fast food outlets, but it does what is supposed to - relatively low cost (compared to KFC, Burger King etc.) and fills a hole. I might do a homemade version of the burger, just to compare the cost, taste etc.

That cheese one looks like a Big Tasty, which is one of my favourites so will give that a go. Not sure what's festive about caramel, an apple pie with mince meat might be nicer. Never knew Weymouth had a white horse so learn something every day!
I guess the guys from Galaxy pay more than whoever makes mincemeat! The white horse is a depiction of King George III, who was a regular visitor to the town. Local legend has it he took umbrage though, as the horse faces away from the town rather than toward it!
Top video Greeno, just got back home from Chichester. Thought overall it looked ok, desert looked lacklustre though!! Like the North Face Hoody Greeno! Where you get that from? 😀 …. Smithy
Another trip to Chichester huh? I trust the job is going well 😀 Overall they’re decent enough items, the dessert certainly being the letdown out of them all. As for the hoody, a buddy of mine suggested that I must be sponsored by The North Face with the amount of their clobber in my videos… the red and black is one I wear to Dean Court on occasion of course!

I had a big cheesy today, after your review. I don t think the burger was made properly, as it started off just nice. However, when I got towards the end, there was loads of cheese and most of the onions and it really wasn t nice.
Oh that’s a shame. To be honest normally I will open up a burger from McD or any other chain and redistribute the ingredients, they are never put together with much care and attention are they!
