    Interesting video. 👍
    Good documentation.
    Not sure if I want to lose the extra safety of an air bag.

    Hey man I just installed the same wheel hub on my celica and when turning I noticed the hub scrapes against the plastics that cover the wheel hub did you have that same problem by any chance??

    • @shadytreespec808
      @shadytreespec808  3 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Yo! Yea I had the same problem. It doesn't bother me as much since my car is loud and I play my music on the louder side anyway lol but what I'm going to end up doing is removing the plastics and using a dremel to file the plastics down a bit to give more clearance so maybe its something you wanna try as well 🤙

    Do I need the quick release? What happen if the steering wheel is not design for a Celica? Can it be modify so that it can fit? Or add custom adapter in between the steering wheel and hub

  • @massluca0078
    @massluca0078 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    so I used this video to replace my OEM wheel with another one, and the new OEM wheel doesn't have cruze control (which is fine the previous owner of my car took it out) but the connecter for the ground is different and I cant conect it. should I worry about it i haven't even started the car since i did it

      @shadytreespec808  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey! So I have the Pioneer AVH-270BT with the wiring harness for quick connect. I'm not sure if it has android and I'd recommend it if you just want a 2DIN but not if you want something with apps or apple play or any of that. It's just a basic bluetooth double din but you can override it to watch dvds ;)

      The horn is easy to hook up lol. U just need to ground it lmao. U cut the blue & black wire which is ground. & u solder a wire to it to extend it to be able to touch the back of the brass from the hub & thats it lol as long as you have your ground wire touch the back of the brass your horn will work lol

    Nice job, but ugly product / less safety 4U... My advice: don't do that, remove it and put it back the OEM steering wheel
