I still remember using BSNL broadband back in 2010😂 They used to treat customers very badly. I had to stand in front of their office for hours to get the landline repaired whenever it was out of order. 😮

Even in vartha cyclone time at chennai, bsnl was the only network available, so last year i planned to support bsnl, switched from airtel to bsnl, it cost higher than private sim cards. I recharged 1 year plan, not even 1 day i enjoyed 4g. Most of the time it was 2g and some times 3g. Missed lot of calls due to connectivity issue. Now im a jio user.

If majority is to be run by privates, then whats the role of government and whats the purpose of tax collection? Instead, what govt should be doing is, like u said, run govt offices like private. Im using BSNL from 2009. Those days Landline dial up internet. Now using Fibre. Already using two sim from 2007. I dont know what others think. But in my experience Bsnl is Best.
Maybe BSNL offering free service means also unable to use because customer service totally is very very worst BSNL almost all the customer will have the bad experience once go to BSNL branch you will know and Price Very very High for 3G slow network

Go to any bsnl office at 3pm to open a landline. They will say to come tomorrow. Btw, the way the govt employees treat the common man is terrible. That's the reason for failure

I bought BSNL FTTH last year January.. pack 599 rs. Bill amount 707 monthly. Installation charges 5100. & After one year modem problem. January 9 inform pannan. Online complaint potan. March 23 appo dhan box clear pannanga. But 2 months bill waste & mobile recharge extra... Worst by BSNL
