I seen some showcased in other channels. They were well toned. The Incused edges were dark while the high relief were polished. Its ok, but IMO for these generic bullion, its best to have them in uncirculated condition. Cheers Jamie and thanks for stopping by the channel ✌🏻😊
G'day S2G, an interesting conundrum, fortunately for me my collection/stack is small, I can't see myself selling any of my silver at any price, I enjoy it too much, but if I had to I would offload the generic silver first, I enjoyed your presentation & exit strategy, food for thought, I like the design your incused Indian head silver rounds. Cheers Peter J 😂👋🙏🥈👍
Thanks Peter! Glad you liked the presentation. Always good to read your comments. And yes! generic bullion are what we should consider moving should we what to realize the gains, or play the gold-silver ratio. Much easier to part with those! Cheers buddy and keep adding to your stack 😊✌🏻
Hiya Stephen. Yes! the Asahi Dragons are awesome, glad I made the decision to grab the full tube from Bullion Exchanges. Cheers buddy and keep stacking 😊✌🏻
The Freedom round 😍🥰 I have already sold some of my silver coins and with it I bought gold and coins for my collection. I try to keep more value in gold than in silver.
@@NCstacker hiya NC. Awesome to learn you’re taking advantage of the gold-silver-ratio. And yes, good idea to have a stack of gold set aside. Cheers buddy and keep stacking 😊✌🏻
Thanks Wins. Yes! thats the only way to go for collectables. I haven’t sold any so it would be interesting to see how they fare should the time come. Maybe like you, I can be an eBay seller 😂👍🏻
Yes! the Asahi Dragons are pretty nicely done. I’m glad I grabbed the whole tube from Bullion Exchanges. Thanks for watching and commenting. Cheers and stay safe during your travels 😊✌🏻
That's an awesome stack of shiny there my friend. I'm with you on converting those eagles to gold. I only have a handful of my eagles left, the rest were all converted to gold when silver hit a peak.
You certainly know how to take advantage of the market cyber. From your previous comments, you must have made a killing selling your ASEs, kooks etc. certainly something I hope to emulate 😂✌🏻
Hiya Jerry. I think its true for most silver stackers. Always difficult to let go of the shinies 😂 but never hurt to have an exit strategy in mind. Cheers buddy and keep stacking 😊✌🏻
A lot of dealers who have been around for a while said that when silver hit $50usd/oz it was all worth the same. I'd sell more generic when its that high and when the price drops and theirs a price differentiation I would sell stuff that had high premiums like ASE's. I'm waiting for silver to be that high to sell my 100oz bars.
@@StackThatGold lets keep an eye on the market then. I would be over the moon if silver hits US$50oz! On the flip side, gold is kinda expensive now! 🤣✌🏻
Great sharing! for me is swap silver to gold once most of them are pass breakeven, for kooks, pandas, koala and other collectible coins, I will hold them and sell in secondary market once near my retirement age (age 65 finger crossed🙏lol), for gold and platinum will only sell them at retirement age and buy an annuity that pays a guaranteed income. anything remaining (i.e. gifts from YT channels and channel silvers...etc) will pass on to my future family members ftw 😎🥳
Excellent strategy SD, you got everything well planned out. I hope we can all emulate what you shared. Stacking certainly opens up more options for those of us planning for retirement and having an exit strategy is definitely prudent to facilitate this. Cheers buddy and keep stacking 😊✌🏻
Hi S2G! I guess one's strategy is different when using coins as equity and buying and selling them, than merely collecting for "fun", or do most numismatists give attention to value of coins and their investment value? Very best wishes to you!!!!!
Hiya Charnie. Yes! one good thing about numismatics is the inherent value of the metals in coins. Collectors can look forward to ROI should they want to sell. Stacking is somewhat different as you point out in your comment. These are purely for investment and have no numismatic value. ✌🏻😊
Sell half on the double, sell half on the double. Buy some undervalued asset at that point like SP500 if cheap or real estate if cheap. Same with Au and Pt
I will sell my Bars 10 oz 5 oz 1 oz ect , During Retirement hopefully too pay the Rates Ect , Only five years too go , Might work out well for me for once I will hang onto most of my coins Pass them on what ever 😮 I got some of those Indian heads in half and quarter ounce, The Quality was Horrible, Oh well is what it is
Hiya Brian. Thanks for watching and commenting. Looks like you have everything well planned out, wishing you the best for your upcoming retirement. Indian head rounds are simple generic bullion. Some are not as good as others but they are all silvers so quality of strike is not that important. Important thing is you’re stacking them so they will stand you in good stead when the time comes! Cheers buddy and keep stacking 😊✌🏻
Excellent video Georgie 🙆♂️.
I wonder what the incussed rounds would look like with a bit of darkening in the recesses 🎉.

use the more generic rounds and bars swap fir gold
