Calculate crystallite size in xpert High Score

Hi friend!!!!
Today I will tell you to find Crystallite size in Xpert High score using xrdml file...
so lets start...
1st Step: Open and load your file and follow the steps of search and matching of peaks...
2nd Step: Go to TOOLS and CHECK " Position and FWHM "
3rd Step: Now again go to TOOLS and open Scherrer Calculator...
4th Step: i. Now put FWHM value in B obs,
ii. B std is basically zero error of machine and it vary machine to machine.
here we take 0.008.
iii. Put 2theta value in peak postion.
Note if you have sigle phased you have almost same crystalite size... but if you have multiple
phases you may have different sizes for different peaks...
