Killer sound..Also playing the little things in a big way showing how Jimi thought different. Plus you have a master vibrato and trill.., and your picking attack is epic. You make it look easy. But it takes practice..Thanks. Peace.
that opening riff is addictive , I've been banging away at this for months now , it's fun , what a working out , thanks for the lesson , I know I will be working on this for sometime but worth it , sounds great , now where is that Marshall 100 watt amp 😂
My favourite youtube guitar player and ive just seen this video and realised your from the north east of england like me! please tell me you give guitar lessons? 🙏
Thanks Sean...the hardest part is the right hand...how hard are you hitting and strumming through...it sounds like a hard strum...thats what i struggle with...if i go to soft i get it but it dosent sound punchy like yours and Jimi..if that makes sense..cheers

You can make that guitar sing, my friend, :-)
Your voice sounds like Chas Chandler.Any how Jimi did not use the bridge pickup on Lover man.
He may not have, but that’s what sounds best for me
thank you!
👍🙌
Where can I hear Jimi play this version , which CD / concert is this from ?
Thanks for a great tutorial
Lover Man - Filmore East
It sounds amazing. ¿what effects do you use for this song?
How do u get that killer tone
I’ve got a tone tutorial up on my channel!
__sean_mann the song with lenny Cryvits are you gone go my way. Is it a rip off of lover mans intro ?
He may well have got inspiration from it. I’ve never realised the similarities until you’ve said
Can I use the backing track for cover videos?
Sure!
Thank you very much, 🤠🎸
You noted this in the tablature but Jimi’s guitar is tuned to Eb.
do you play with the rounder end of the pick?
I do!
Is this the whole song or half of it
Thank you I love this
I may have missed it but when trying to count in I get the impression that the intro lick doesn't start on the "one" - is it on the upbeat, possibly?
Yeah it’s start on the and of 3
@@seanmannguitar Thanks a lot!
that aint loverman
that definitely ain’t true
@@user-sb4yc7zz1x yes it is. Loverman is played with the guitar turned to the other side.
Thank you!
