Ingredients:
Oil - 1/2 cup (80 gm)
Curd - 1/2 cup( 100 gm )
Powdered Sugar - 3/4 cup (150 gm)
All Purpose Flour/ Maida - 1.5 cups ( 210 gm)
Baking Powder - 1tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
A pinch of salt
Milk -1/2 cup & 2 tbsp
For Honey Syrup:
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Water - 1/2 cup
Honey - 3 tbsp
For Jam:
Mix Fruit or Strawberry Jam : 1/2 cup
Honey - 1tbsp
Dessicated Coconut

Amazing recipe...only thing is honey when heated becomes toxic....so the jam could be melted without adding honey to it...you are the best in baking
