    Can you modify this for people, who have slight back problems? Perhaps something to strengthen the lower back? BTW, I love your channel! Thank You.

    How much DB weights are you using 🤔? I have 35"s 25"s and 15"s. Is that good enough? Or go down to 25,15,10/5 ?

      You can do if you want a killer workout for each muscle group! But try starting with 1 round see how you feel! Can always double it up for a even tougher wokeoot
