      Thanks Amit once again as I went through all your vidoes. Can you tell what is the best way to prepare? Do we read entire PBOK6 and PBOK7 book? or can we skip few chapters?

    • @edzest
      @edzest  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @@arpitamehta3065 hi Arpita, the best way to prepare would be to follow Examination Content Outline and ensure that you understand all the tasks from that.
      Books:
      Process groups practice guide would help you learn traditional approach.
      Agile practice guide would help you learn Agile approach.
      PMBOK 7 will help you learn about project management principles and tailoring.
      The concepts in these books are important to know but don't rely only on these books. Exam is based on principles and mindset more than just the concepts.

    Hi. I appreciate the time you have taken to put these videos together. Much thanks. I got the 1st question incorrect and selected D. What made me concerned with selecting B was that the latter half of the answer talked about developing a solution. I was of the view that during "facilitation" or what is likely the daily standup, no solutions to roadblocks are discussed. However D is incorrect cause as you said, the re-prioritizing the product backlog has nothing to do with the developers issue.

    • @edzest
      @edzest  ปีที่แล้ว

      It's possible to discuss solution while facilitating a meeting but definitely not during stand-ups.
      Thanks for your appreciation

    For Question 1, why not option C as Agile teams are self organising teams & cross functional. So they ideally need to support each other in completing the pending work. Please help.

    • @edzest
      @edzest  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi Kedar, C talks about going ahead and complete "remaining" work. Which will be wrong, we must attend to the problem faced by the team or any team member.

    Is the answer for Q4 C as I see you have given a thumpsup in the comments for C ? Also I am against B because in an agile method, the best way to review deliverables is during the iteration review and the question says Product owner is frequently unavailable for that

    • @edzest
      @edzest  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      The thumbs up must be for attempting the question. Review (actual check) can not be replaced with acceptance criteria (plan).
      Although, generally the best time to review is during iteration review, this scenario is special where PO is frequently absent, so specific solution need to be found through collaboration.

    In question 3...Iterative approach is also agile part in which we can deliver product at once...so why Option A is not right??

    • @edzest
      @edzest  5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Agile is a combination of iterative and incremental approaches but that shouldn't make us consider iterative an agile approach.
      Whether it is iteration based Agile or flow based Agile, there should always be multiple deliveries. As it is based on principles of quick & early feedbacks.

    Thanks. Very useful. Can you kindly to whom does the term Project Manager refer to in agile - is it Produce Owner, Scrum Master or a Leader within the development team ? Will be grateful for your inputs.

    • @edzest
      @edzest  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thanks for your comment.
      In Agile, a project manager is a servant leader. Scrum master, Agile coach, Agile lead can be used in exam to talk about Project Manager.
      The product owner is completely different, they are responsible for the business side: maximize the value delivery, prioritise the feature, and review the product completed by the team.
