holy crap, you're a pilot?? I wonder what people would think if they knew their pilot was dreaming of power looping and shooting gates while flying the airliner :P
***** Buy his entire setup. Then you will definitely have something that works and works well. But if you can't do that get a turning evolution and build a warpquad. LOS is so essential to learn. Have fun! Happy flying! -Jrach
Mr Steele hey steele is here too thats awesome lol, steele i want to see you and stingy do an epic building dive with tiny whoops :D yall can do it!! lol
Everybody (including me) calls him "Stingy" because of you, Steele...haha, reading all the comments, "Stingy" Stingy" Stingy" :) The internet is a funny thing, and you Atlanta FPV folks sure are swell!
SS - great idea of producing something everyday. From my experience with photography, this will 100% help you understand what demand and what people want! Kudos to you for taking the leap and doing it! Love the down to earth real footage of things like your bag and you testing those cams on here. The down to earth stuff has more meaning to the community I think. Thanks again and keep at it!
As an A &P With IA rating when I tell people I'm in aviation the first question I get is "So your a pilot?" Ha! and you get to answer that question yes but I say "No mamm, I keep the pilot in the air or piss them off when I don't fix something that's not on the MEL. :-). Love the vids man. Thanks for sharing what you do other than droning. 👍🏼
Hey. Very cool. very inspiring. I too would like to begin recording vlogs for my product but at times I feel that I'm my own worse critic. Keep up the great work and I'll keep watching your awesome flights as well as your cool vlogs. Thanks, Derrick of DroneSkinz.
I have that 200mw version on a whoop and it's definitely more power hungry. It knocked a little more than 35 seconds off flight time and it seems like I have a more multipathing issues with the higher power.
Keep it tight and it will be easier to edit. Just pump out the awesome. Thanks for testing that antenna, proves that running the linear doesn't mean bad video or short range, but like you, I got sick of fixing/rebending the circularly polarized antenna.
I had no idea you were an FO, instant sub. I am in college right now in an aerospace program trying to basically do the same thing you are. Just bought my first quad for Christmas, and got accepted for my Private Pilot training with my school(whether or not I'll end up doing that training with that school is still up in the air because the FAA has kept my medical deferred for the past 11 months, but that's neither here nor there). In any case keep doing what you are doing, and keep having fun. Cheers!
I didn't know you were a commercial pilot as well. How cool is that! I was totally waiting for someone to open the door to their room and knock you out of the air. Awesome video, anxiously awaiting the next one.
i know this is an old video but idk if youve seen the "mullet" mod for the antenna? you lay the vtx back and separate it from the camera board and it puts the clover leaf back between the rear ducts so when you crash and burn its less likely to break :) i just learned of this myself lol did it on mine and it works great!
Nice first instalment of your daily challenge. :) Would be great to give us a walkthrough of your approach to exploring + flying in a new location too!
No way man that's awesome. Been following u guys and Mr. Steele. I am a CJO with Expressjet! currently working on my CFI but hopefully I will be in ground school with Expressjet next year!
Dude I really liked this format. Looking forwards to more of these episodes. Ideas for episodes for you from this video alone, I'd love to know what Camera you shot this with. Also I assume the Audio was straight from the camera? Would love to see you Tiny Whoop in uniform :D
Good Challenge. I watch all the guys in your recent comments including yourself on or about daily. I just think its awesome to have such a cool core group of guys to hang and fly with. I am kind of solo out here in the Baltimore MD area. A lot of cool places to fly but would be so much more real having other pilots pushing you to just go for it on the next power loop. You guys keep me going. Thanks more than you know Stingy. Keep em coming!
+Tom Heider I am going to steer away from doing any filming while I'm actually working. There are plenty of channels for that. I will be trying to show more of the day to day type of details this month though.
Sweet!!!!! Stingy go for it man.. love watching all the content you guy put out. Had a great time hang out with you and the guys in the ROTOR RIOT Booth in NYC
Should have specified... I'm using a pretty extreme RX setup as well. I have been doing a lot of pushing my boundaries-type experiments lately, videos to come when life allows. Awesome stuff man!
Love the dedication! I'm hoping to try and fly every day between semesters this winter and hopefully get better :) thanks for the inspiratioN! setup a meet and greet with the Atlanta crew :)
Loved the idea of the series man!!! Great job! I didnt know that you're actually a co-pilot of an airliner dude!!! Looking forward to the next episode!
Wow! Didn't know you were a pilot Kevin. My grandfather (Elwood David) was the captain of the "Lisa Marie", Elvis Presley's jet. I even had the luxury to have dinner on it once. Anyway, just thought I'd mention that. Keep up the great work. Looking forward to seeing more from you.
An interesting question is to know whether a full size 200mw vtx would have a similar range to that small one. If so I could replace my bulky one by this tiny one and save some space and weight.
complete n00b here, but could it also be from the wifi in all the rooms of the hotel? thank you for posting this.... I know Im a year and a month late watching, but still thank you.
i see you mentioned venom batteries, what kind do you run with your tiny whoops and bigger drones. i have a srd280 and am interested in what you would think i could use to get the most out of the drone, same with my tiny whoop. its a e010 frame, strix motors, inductrix fpv flight controller, crazepony camera. (makerfire) thanks much keep up the videos
StingerSwarm Im a student pilot and I was wondering what methods you used to study for your oral, knowledge, and checkride? Thankyou for the help! Keep up the awesome videos!
Great video for the first time.. I enjoy watching your fpv videos.. I'm wanting to get into it but don't know what to do, either buy a full fpv quad kit or build one from the ground up.. I'm fully capable of doing the wiring and soldering.. any advice would be great... thanks again and keep up the good work on all your videos..
I suggest you build your first one for sure because you will break it and it makes it so much easier to fix if you were the one who put it together to begin with.
Best "vlog" type video yet, your flying alone is enough to keep me coming back but you are a chill dude who is fun to listen to. Have you seen the 25/200 switchable cams? I may try one of those once i trash my current 25mw. Keep it up!
OMG,I cant believe you fly real planes aswell as quads, you must have a very busy life,I'm surprised you have the time to do all the vlogs, you must be living on virtually no sleep, most of the time.Keep up the good work ,Skyrider UK.I'm hoping the UK drone scene gets as big as it is in the US,we're getting there just a lot less of us;-)
That's badass man. Also didn't know you were an airline pilot. Cool beans. Can you recommend a way to repair tiny whoop frames? I have tried super glue and it doesn't hold as well as I thought. I'm holding off replacing it unless I absolutely have to. Thanks man! Looking forward to all your vids this month! Stay classy
holy crap, you're a pilot?? I wonder what people would think if they knew their pilot was dreaming of power looping and shooting gates while flying the airliner :P
i would be totally in if i were on his plane one day :D as long as we survive it ^^
GO FOR IT STINGY!!!!!!!!
Thanks so much!!
FliteTest! :D
The he start of a the most epic Stingy situation ever
Yep stingy vlogs. Gonna be lit. And did you finally upgrade your googles? lol
***** Buy his entire setup. Then you will definitely have something that works and works well. But if you can't do that get a turning evolution and build a warpquad. LOS is so essential to learn. Have fun! Happy flying!
-Jrach
NerdyNerf Boy I would suggest that you go to the channel UAV Features and look and his guide for an fpv setup for under $300
Eachine QX95

Little did those passengers know that they were flying with the power loop king that day.

GMAC FPV Yeah, he might do some super trick with those airline planes!!!😁 Ouch!!!

I wanna see you powerloop a tinywhoop with a fan assist!
Mr Steele That'd be awesome with one of those Dyson blade less fans!
yeah what Steele said..... power loop master with the tiny whoop!!!!!
Everybody (including me) calls him "Stingy" because of you, Steele...haha, reading all the comments, "Stingy" Stingy" Stingy" :) The internet is a funny thing, and you Atlanta FPV folks sure are swell!
I wish I could take credit for that nick name. But it was Freybott that came up with it lol
:)
Sweet! I hope you'll find strength and time to do it. Loved the first one.
Great way to kick it off! Making it happen daily is a challenge. Looking forward to watching all of these!
You're a delta pilot? That's pretty cool!
he is a dual pilot
noreaction this ☝️
That was fun! I need to try something like that in some of my videos.
SS - great idea of producing something everyday. From my experience with photography, this will 100% help you understand what demand and what people want! Go watch the new one fool and quit hanging out in the cellar with my old footie. lol 😉
As an A &P With IA rating when I tell people I'm in aviation the first question I get is "So your a pilot?" Ha! and you get to answer that question yes but I say "No mamm, I keep the pilot in the air or piss them off when I don't fix something that's not on the MEL. :-).

Looking forward to seeing your development over the next month, great first episode.
Thanks buddy!
Yeahhhhhhh! Daily videos from StingersSwarm! Thank you! I really think you should do more videos, you are an awesome pilot!
Hey. Very cool. very inspiring. I too would like to begin recording vlogs for my product but at times I feel that I'm my own worse critic. Keep up the great work and I'll keep watching your awesome flights as well as your cool vlogs. Thanks, Derrick of DroneSkinz.
Nice job on the first vlog. I'm looking forward to future ones.
I have that 200mw version on a whoop and it's definitely more power hungry. It knocked a little more than 35 seconds off flight time and it seems like I have a more multipathing issues with the higher power.
Solid start! Can't wait to see more!
Keep it tight and it will be easier to edit. Just pump out the awesome. Thanks for testing that antenna, proves that running the linear doesn't mean bad video or short range, but like you, I got sick of fixing/rebending the circularly polarized antenna.
Wow, a pilot. Very cool
looking forward to the next few weeks of vids Kev, nothing wrong with short and sweet vids, gives me something to watch on my lunch break!
Great video and well done on the edit!! Looking forward to seeing more!
Great video, I hope it gives you the practice and skills you're looking for. I don't have a whoop so the prop directions instantly looked odd to me.
One of my fav videos you've done. Good job.
Oh snap, you're an all day pilot. Awesome. Best of luck with your series!!
Thumbsup man! This is going to be an awesome adventure!
Sick!!! The grueling 31 days begins!
I need sleep. lol. Nevermind, back to editing.
Kevin, really enjoyed this. Looking forward to the month ahead, great work love the vlog style.
I didn't know you were a commercial pilot as well. How cool is that! I was totally waiting for someone to open the door to their room and knock you out of the air. Awesome video, anxiously awaiting the next one.
Didn't know you were a pilot either. Now there's a power loop and dive I'd love to see FPV of!
i know this is an old video but idk if youve seen the "mullet" mod for the antenna? you lay the vtx back and separate it from the camera board and it puts the clover leaf back between the rear ducts so when you crash and burn its less likely to break :) i just learned of this myself lol did it on mine and it works great!
the 200mw aio cameras are amazing!
i didn`t know you`re an airplane pilot! awesome!
Check out his interview with Quad Talk Podcast :)
Nice first instalment of your daily challenge. :)
Would be great to give us a walkthrough of your approach to exploring + flying in a new location too!
I shot some of that today. Hopefully it'll make the cut for tomorrow. If not I'm sure you will see some by the end of the month.
Thanks Kevin! Certainly a good challenge to get one out each day :)
best channel from the Atlanta crew. appreciate that you're a working man with a job.
nice man! just added the cam to my list...thanks for shiwing the range.
Diggin' it, Stinger! Keep 'em comin'!
Wow a real man! Seeing some of the background of an fpv celebrity is super refreshing and exciting. Best Stingy content start ever!!!!
3 years later... watched to the end!!!
Nice. I shot it mostly with my new Sony RX100 V, the audio was a mix of that and go pro audio at times.
First...?
Love that you are finally going to be doing your own stuff rather than seeing you as part of someone else's all the time..
2 beds?! 1 for the fREaK, 1 for the sleep?
Great vid! Keep em coming.
Dude that was fantastic! I'm really looking forward to watching the series 👍👍
Thanks man.
Great work man..looking forward to the daily videos!
Good Challenge. I watch all the guys in your recent comments including yourself on or about daily. I just think its awesome to have such a cool core group of guys to hang and fly with. The daily videos are a great idea!
Please make a time lapse during the flight through the window of your cockpit. ;)
+Tom Heider I am going to steer away from doing any filming while I'm actually working. There are plenty of channels for that. I will be trying to show more of the day to day type of details this month though.
good job and good luck with the new plan!

Really enjoyed this! Can't wait for the rest of the month! :)
I love your voiceless w when ya say "whoop"
Which requires more piloting skills, FPV freestyle or flying an airliner?
FPV freestyle
No way your a real life pilot haha. That's pretty cool
Great vid Bud! Cheers. Eric

wtf ! ur a real pilot ? LOL...so jealous.
I've installed a penta-pole antenna from ReadyMadeRC and have been going close to a kilometer with the TX02
Wow, that is impressive.
Should have specified... I'm using a pretty extreme RX setup as well. I have been doing a lot of pushing my boundaries-type experiments lately, videos to come when life allows. Awesome stuff man!
c4pt1n54n0 c4pt1n54n0 I don't know if penta-pole antennas exist, but I don't know enough about science to dispute it.
I meant to say quin-leaf.. I'm not sure how that would work either
Love the dedication! I'm hoping to try and fly every day between semesters this winter and hopefully get better :) thanks for the inspiratioN! setup a meet and greet with the Atlanta crew :)
Judging by the number of likes, I would say your first edit is a success !
Loved the idea of the series man!!! Great job! I didnt know that you're actually a co-pilot of an airliner dude!!! Looking forward to the next episode!

That is awesome and thanks!!
So far so good. just don't get burned out. sounds like a lot of work for the next month. mostly with the editing.
Daily is very inspirational. I always love your work bro. Keep up the great work.
An interesting question is to know whether a full size 200mw vtx would have a similar range to that small one. If so I could replace my bulky one by this tiny one and save some space and weight.
