1. she was to close to da sink her uniforms were all on the sink
2.she didn't get her wrist wet
3.she wasn't supposed to have both hands together when getting the soap off of her hands wash on hand at a time facing down
4.after turning off the sink she still kepted the napkin in her hand
5.the soap lather wasn't good at all

OK when I was in CNA classes, I was taught that we take use a paper towel to turn on the faucet then we wash your hands after that you used to use another paper dry paper towel to turn the faucet off. I didn’t see this step that’s the first thing I learned, and when I was seeing a class.

Nice Video but she contaminated her hands twice. Drying should be done fingertips to wrist. Also, Placing sink turn off paper towel hand to other hand contaminates clean hands.

shes too close to the sink, your suppose to a few inches away and after turning off the faucet do not bunch up the papers together throw it away seperately
