    So cute and simple! I'm doing an internship at the aquarium and I'm gonna make tons of these as gifts for the staff there, so thank you for teaching me!!

    So adorable!!! I love this little seal. Only thing I'd do differently is embroider the eyes & nose instead of safety ones

    This is absolutely adorable, wish I could make them but my hands (specially the ring, pinky and left palm of my hand) would feel the strain and wouldn't let me continue on making them a lot.

      @artesanatielle  2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I'm sorry you feel that...
      I think what might help is that you maybe make them with thick yarn,like chenille yarn, or others... For me thicker the yarn, and bigger the needle, the less pain I feel...

    Awesome no-sew pattern! I'm new at this and this is what I was looking for as I have to make 2 of them for a customer. What round do you start stuffing the seal? Maybe i missed it. Also, what does PB mean in round 13/14?

    • @artesanatielle
      @artesanatielle  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi! I'm so glad you like it! So, I forgot to say when to stuff, after round 12 it's a good point to do it. I'm Brazilian, PB is SC in portuguese, I forgot to translate 🙈
      Thank you for letting me know, cause now I fixed it!☺️

    How thick is the yarn for this?

    • @artesanatielle
      @artesanatielle  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can use any yarn you want, only the size will change... I made 2 different sizes seals, using a yarn compatible with a 3 and another compatible with a 3,5 millilitres hook, the thinner the yarn the smaller your seal will be...

    How many yards of yarn would you say you need?

    • @artesanatielle
      @artesanatielle  ปีที่แล้ว

      Probably not a lot, but I can't really know, cause it depends on the kind of yarn and hook size, also, I am from Brazil, and we use metric system here... Sorry I can't help 😞

    • @emilypadrewdes658
      @emilypadrewdes658 ปีที่แล้ว

      @Artesã Natielle no that's okay! I can always convert the measurements and such. I'm teaching my students to make these seals and I just need a rough measurement for their yarn. You are plenty of help thank you for taking the time to reply!!
