@exeterrider If you ever make it up this way, you're welcome to call by here. We're about 25 minutes from the factory. Yep, We're not into the themed bikes, but I guess they wouldn't build them if they didn't sell. The best bit for us is the Dick Shepherd collection. Dick greeted us like a long-lost friend when we arrived and invited Carol to try his Beckham bike for size. His museum collection there is stunning
Hi Guy's, Triumph bike nights always make for a good ride out & theres always a good mix of bikes turn up. I missed that Victory! That looked the equivalent of a bike limousine! Lovely to meet you both, hope you had a better ride back! Keep up the great work & thanks for the shout out, Daz 👍
We love the Triumph bike nights. We know a lot of the staff there including Pete who was in your video. That Victory is quite an incredible bike.... huge and you certainly don't see many on the road. Our ride back was lovely, we didn't get wet! Keep up the good work with your channel and click this man's channel icon to see another version of this bike night
As you two know, TH-cam is a great place to make contact with fellow like minded people. The Mid-life couple are just as nice in person as they are in their vids
@stevietrucker4631 I remember. The truck driver 👍 We really didn't have enough footage to do a stand-alone video of the bikers breakfast (mostly because we were chatting too much 😆) Nice to meet you, and yes, hopefully bump into you again. Cheers
@MRTPR Bet you don't see many of those Victory bikes down under. Unusual beast indeed. We're getting used to the rain here. It's rained virtually every trip or tour we've done this year
@the_mad_leprechaun If you do make up our way, it would be great to say hello. Chatting to Dick Shepherd, the owner of Beckhams bike. Apparently, the visitor centre is planning an evening talk at Triumph HQ about all the movie bikes in their/his collection
just enjoyed watching .always good to see the local roads from your bikes . the work on the A 5 is to do with all the new housing on the opposite side of the road . nice to see Dick Shepherd there ,a real nice person . We went to Triumph yesterday Friday and had a nice couple of hours ,met some nice people . hope to see you both there in the future . best wishes .
@johnbellamy6449 We had a great time there, John. We love just chatting. A few recognised us and said nice things (Thankfully 😄) Dick wanted to know where we had been. He's such a lovely guy and a complete Triumph enthusiast. It's always good to hear from you. Hope you and the family are all keeping well 🙏
Good one guys some interesting machines there that Victory being probably the most outlandish never ever seen one like that before definitely get the winners roset from me .👌👍
I literally live a couple of minutes from the Triumph centre and I've never been! 🤭 shame on me 😞 what a great mix of bikes, that Kawasaki 350 triple took me back to my teenage years, I still love two strokes!
@Hinckley_Biker You should call by. If only to grab a coffee in the cafe. It's our go-to place for a quick circular ride. In fact, we were there today. Thanks for watching and yes we love the Kawasaki two-stroke triples
Love you guys another good video just subscribed to mid life! I not able to go on holiday this year due to illness ect! But with you video’s taking us along has cheered me up! Now better and just running in new Triumph! Happy days! But just a big thanks for your work and videos all the best 👍
Thanks again for watching and again leaving a lovely comment. I think you will enjoy Mid life, it's mostly holiday and touring vids that they take you along with. Glad to hear you are feeling better. I'm sure a new bike helps. What model did you buy?
@@BanditmanukI am a disabled rider my left side is very weak so I brought the new Triumph speed 400 which is low and light! I have had the Triumph 1200 before and many others! But this suits me for now! All the best to you both look forward to your next one 👍
Bike night at the Triumph factory is pretty cool. I'm trying to dry out myself from a bit rain showers in NW Arkansas. I like special editions but a few companies over do them. Cheers off to bed.
@flatcapcaferacer You often see some interesting bikes at the bike night. Hope the rain didn't dampen your enjoyment. The Elvis bike is a special addition too much in my opinion
Hi, good video. Sadly I didnt make it that night despite all good intensions. I popped over for a drink and lunch last weekend but it was pretty quiet. Thanks for sharing.
@youngeroldie5089 Are you going to the Steve Parrish talk evening at the Vic next week? We're going and hopefully should be a laugh (Ticket only I think) Thanks for watching 👍
Another good watch another triumph bike night I missed lol 😂 your so right you won’t see many victories mainly because they were shocking lol they still exist but with a different badge on them now and better quality there called Indians 😎👌
@bikerbuddy3166 Yep, we heard the parent company Polaris didn't think there was enough market for both Victory & Indian. Hopefully, we will all catch up soon.

We are not football or Beckham fans but we have a new found respect for him after watching the Netflix documentary Beckham. Such a well made film. What do you mean, you don't do celebrity? You're watching us 🤣🤣 Agreed, that Victory is a sculpture and a work of art.
@AndyGSATractor Sadly Tuesday is about my biggest work day but if you do make it up to the Triumph cafe in the future, give us a shout. (They are closed Tuesdays)
I have to put hinckley on my "must visit list" not to sure what all this James bond and Elvis edtion is all about.
The victory was awesome✌️

A very enjoyable event. It is always fun watching it. It is very nice to see some other TH-camrs there.
@RRRRefuelRideRace It was a fun night. We are lucky the Triumph factory is only about a 25 minute ride away for us.
@@Banditmanuk That is very nice. :)
Very nice bikes at the bike night! 🤗
Very enjoyable Richard and Carol. That Victory looked as big as the HMS Victory in Portsmouth Harbour.
@alexmorgan3435 😆😆 Yes it was a big old thing. Thanks for watching
Nice you were able to meet up with the mid life motorcycle couple. That's always fun 🤗

@crumblymal8479 I actually liked that Victory. So different, so massive. It's a shame Victory as a company are no more.
I am lucky I went to the July meet as it was dry , just a little chilly on the ride home.
We've not managed to make many meets this year. It's quite difficult getting off work early enough for both of us.
