Wife’s a lawyer:, document everything, get specifics on company/individual who did it, get police report. Should be able to figure out where dirt came from, take legal action against them
Lack of communication.
What a mess.
Yes the struction of property trespassing and more
Wow!!!!! Some people…. 😢
yep, what a mess!!! Thanks for watching.
wow, what a mess, working for a couple dirt companies in my days, I can't imagine what they were thinking.
Wow, that's so bad I hope you can do something about it. Yes I would get them to come back and ring the boss up ceo of the company. If they don't do anything I would go to the board of directors or someone that can do something to compensate ❤
Have law enforcement come take a look and see if they have suggestions.
Have you got gates and security cameras?
I do have cameras and check back on the channel. I have videos coming of the security solution. Thanks for watching!!
I would have the contractor "officially"served no trespassing papers. This group of people is obviously resentful of you giving them a place to dump dirt without compensation. You should be calling out the contractor who does this type of stuff so people don't hire them...
Call the police, illegal dumping! Complete bullshit! Get a lawyer involved and sue them. They need to at least come back and remove it. Sorry to see that.
File a complaint to the Tennessee board of licensing as well.
Good idea as well. Thanks
You've definitely have one of those unique situations. The dirt provider i'm sure meant to help you out with fill dirt, unfortunately the dumb asses that brought it out didn't give a single thought as to how they were wrecking your place. I would think you and the dirt providers CEO or manager could work something out. No doubt the drivers have a stake in this fiasco too.
some want a be fly by night contructors dont care aall theycare about is the pay check.
Free Dirt is always really nice But!
100%, you nailed it!
That was done on purpos! Sue em stop crying about it!
Yep I hate to cry about it, I was just in such shock of how someone could do that and still sleep at night. I am getting it cleaned up bit by bit.
Call the company that was were hauling dirt for you if they did it invite the boss out to see what happened. Give them a chance to see what they done ask him how he is going to make it better.
I am talking with a couple different guys right now. They are both giving me the run around. They keep saying they will come look at the damage and then never show. Very frustrating!!
It would take a complete idiot with no common sense to not see where and where not to dump there. Quite a bit of work to move all of that. Makes a guy want to crack some skulls. Idk if there's much you can do about it other than file a trespass and destruction of property complaint with the law. Try to find out who did the dumping and talk with them first if possible and see if they will at least help clean up the mess. I like to give people a chance to right things before all else because I hate getting the law involved and having a big pow wow going on. Good luck!
crimal maybee neglince at any rate
I smell a law suit. Sometimes getting a good price doesn’t mean better. There are many shyster companies out there. Talk to the police to see if there is a reason Too arrest.
Yep, I guess I get what I paid for!! For years it has been mutually beneficial. They have a free place to dump and I get the fill I need at no cost. Obviously, these new guys had a lot to get rid of and didn't want to pay to dump somewhere else so buried me when I was out of town.
litigate in small claims court. Use this video as evidence of the damages. Itemize the damages you claimed.
Any neighbors have cameras up and running? Door cameras, game cameras, etc? That many trips, someone had to see them driving out your road. It's tough being a farmer, this kind of stuff doesn't help. Go door to door and talk to the neighbors. If those guys hauled a skid steer in, that's something that would have stood out. Here a story for you: The local dog catcher, over here in Ohio, drove 1,600 ft through my hay field, looking for a dog that was 6 hours gone. So, I took him to court and he paid me for the damages! When the Judge asked him in the trial, "When was the last time you drove through a farmer's hay field with out permission?" And he replied, "This morning." It was game over. They wrote me a check on the spot. Lee
Cops won't do anything. Lol
I pretty much agree. Not sure what they would do, and I am not making an insurance claim. I will just clean it up and move on with life...
made a hell off a lot more work for you.
Amen!
