Ground has been broken for the Burley Idaho Temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. The ceremony was held on Saturday, June 4, 2022.

Tears of Joy when Elder Nielson and the others talked about their past pioneer ancestors that served and built the kingdom of God in this sacred place and it touched my hearts thinking about giving a land to build a houses of worship and Holy Temples a place that those families gave to the church wholeheartedly to build those sacred edifices to the Lord. I have emotionally felt so, inspired and thankful that I have witnessed those past ancestors were prepared all these sacrifices for our day.

Still can't believe a temple of the Lord is going there! What a special blessing for the people in that area.

What a blessing! This temple will be less than 10 minutes from the home I grew up in!
