Captain Kungu Muigai's tribute to the late Maj Gen Joseph Nkaissery is moving and seminal!
Maj Gen Nkaissery was a great officer who rose from being a Cadet Division OC to being the Deputy Army Commander!
All those that were privileged to be trained by him will miss him forever. RIP.
