I think its completely worth it. Sleep is so important for a baby, it is when their brain is developing. There are multiple studies stating that a child's ability to learn, develop emotional skills, set and complete goals are related to the amount of sleep they got in the first 3 years of their life's. So also think about the long term benefits of your baby and future babys. Great Job mama!!!
Hey, love this video, it’s genuinely so helpful! ☺️ Quick qn… you mentioned you got the Snoo on discount during their birthday sale. Curious when that was? We are expecting and can’t wait until Black Friday sale so hoping their birthday sale works out better timings wise! Thank you!
Hi Kayla thanks for sharing this helpfully video can you please let me know how was the transition after moving from snoo to the crib after 6 months. Thanks Maria :)
Hi Maria! Thanks for the comment. My son got hit with the 4 month sleep regression super hard! Starting at about 4 months, he started waking up a lot about an hour after we put him to sleep, but then once we got him to sleep the second time, he would stay asleep all night. At about 4.5 months, he started waking up all night long and even the snoo couldn't help so we decided to move him to his crib. We did the ABCs of Sleep training program at about 5 months. I have a video on that as well if you're interested. But basically in that video I talk a lot about how I didn't really allow the snoo to work its magic and get him back to sleep as he got older. I often woke up as soon as he stirred and immediately picked him up, which I think contributed to him having such a hard time at 4 months. I still don't regret the snoo at all! And I'm excited to use it for my next baby from the beginning since we didn't get it until my son was 2 months. Hope that helps!
@@kaylabuasod yes I did get it, it has been great for naps but it took a while for him to like being in it and unfortunately it didn’t really give us a lot more night sleep, he wakes up sooo much at night but now we are down to around 2-3 wake ups so he is sleeping in 3 hr stretches then wakes up for a feed (so feeding at 10pm, 1am, 4am) he is 4.5months now and was waking up every hour when we first started the snoo, then every 2 hours from 3 months - 4 months, now it’s every 3 hours. I’d say I’m still happy we got the snoo because he still wakes up a lot even if we co sleep and the sleep I do get from co sleeping is much worse than if he’s in the snoo. A good thing is that many times the snoo has actually put him back to sleep and saved me heaps of rocking, plus added more sleep/saved me getting up If I had gotten it from the beginning I think the results would be even better so yeah if your baby is already a reasonable sleeper and you’re not getting it from birth it may not be worth getting but for us it’s been helpful, not amazing though
The major CON is they act like they for enviroment but they refuse to sell parts like motors that are known to fail, so if out of warranty from used or second baby and stops your out of luck
YOU complain about a $1000 Stroller (Uppa Baby Vista) that you're gonna use for 3+ years, and justify an over $1000 Bassinet that you're gonna use for not more than 6 months?! I dont get you?!
Thanks for the comment. I can see how my comments on price might sound a little contradictory, but in my opinion, sleep is more important than going on walks. I feel like my snoo is worth the price tag because it actually helped my son (and me) sleep better. On the other hand, I was underwhelmed by my uppababy *cruz* in relation to its price tag. I hope I made it clear in this video, and in my stroller reviews, that these my opinions on whether or not the products were beneficial for me and my baby. I am sure everyone is going to have a different experience with them. Thanks for watching!
@@kaylabuasod Instead of going for models like Uppa Baby (which is honestly just a fad in my opinion), why don't u try a Baby Jogger City Mini GT? I have 4 kids and have had my share of strollers! My husband is 6'2" and he pushes it perfectly with no problem when the handle is up. Yes it pivots, but the distance is further and the bar is also set at a certain height that he never kicks it. Try it. Its also affordable, lightweight, has a great fold, will accommodate your carseat, and is of great quality!
@@sumairadaud @sdagf2013 i will look into it. I honestly wanted to keep shopping around but my mockingbird sold really quickly and I made a split second decision on the uppabbaby. I am in nooo way sold on the brand. I have heard a lot of good things about the baby jogger ones. I will for sure look into it. Thanks for the recommendation!
@@kaylabuasod no problem! Also, your comment on how you feel sleep is more important than walks. Right now sleep is important for you. So u justified your Snoo. You know you and your child better. But later on, when your child will get older, cheaper strollers won't be able to hold your child while u push the stroller easily. It'll be hard to push! I recommend stay away from Graco. Ok there are some people that totally can't afford a better quality stroller. I suggest buy used, but don't get that Graco! It was smart of you to get your UppaBaby used. I totally get that the $670 price tag doesn't justify it. Like i said, its all a fad!
@@sumairadaud good to know about the graco. I swear I almost bought the Graco modes nest like 10 different times but I just had an iffy feeling about it.

YES PLEASE! Make a video of the "regrets" of feeding into "the hype" of some products. 🥰🥰
Great review! I'm so glad I was able to find one on the Facebook marketplace for $700!
that's a great deal! good luck with the bed. I hope you love it!
