Really there is no other source then go and watch definitely not by hk ethics lecture you will get a shock .

if you want to retain something for long duration then read it slowly.... study for 4 hours not 50 pages to complete the daily targets....yes sir watched full lecture.

Sir, the ABC are components of attitude, as you have mentioned. How are they components? Is it like, my attitude towards guns is formed by all three components? As in, in my opinion guns are to be banned because they are scary, gun owners often kill themselves and I myself do not carry guns ?
The A part brings feeling, combined with B part which gives belief leads to C part that is action. That is how attitude is built.. Thus ABC are components.
