1) Tax Haven - a country where taxes are low and where people choose to live or officially register their companies to avoid paying high taxes in their own countries.

The only problem with being materialitic is that there's no end to it.
That is, how much material possessions to accumulate.
That is when it becomes an unending quest.
And leads to inversion of ideas. Where means become the ends.
