The Whitefish Chain is known as a numbers lake but there are some big bites to be caught if you can force yourself to slow down and dissect prime areas. This tournament was no different. We fished very slow to catch better quality bass and only caught 8 keeper bass all day, but the quality was right for the most part. Tournament fishing is all about decisions and being able to adapt on the water. For this tournament we fished our baits very slow.
