    I have found that the electronic Kindle versions, especially the omnibus-sized products are outstanding. The technology works very well. I am totally a Star Wars comic fan and those works by Dark Horse and Marvel are awesome.

    Very helpful. Only other thing I would like to have seen was a shot of them overlapped but can look up an infographic, I am bookbinding TPB weighing up if I should just go the omnis with the (imo) average cover designs (100 bullets)

      I've bought the TPB set! another factor which is what I am experimenting with is TPB often have the matte cheaper paper which can be interesting. This will be my 2nd custom omni on that newsprint kind of paper, keen to see how it turns out, it's looking like half the cost.

    As a total comic noob this was beyond helpful. Ive been considering finally getting the walking dead series, and there are so many variations at this point it can be quite overwhelming. Thanks for a great vid!

    Great video Batman is my favorite comic character as well! I prefer trades but it does make sense to get the omnibus so you can have the full story.

    Thanks this is very helpful! I've been trying to decide if I get the Sandman Omnibus or Absolute version. Some people said the omnibus is so heavy and hard to turn the pages, but it doesn't look so cumbersome to me lol

    What did you think of Rebirth? I've heard it called a mistake.

    • @comicsaredope
      @comicsaredope  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Glad it was helpful! I actually haven't read the full rebirth run. That hardcover just came in the other day. I read the last 10 issues of Tom King's run (75-85), and I wasn't impressed. But I've heard it's really good up until issue 50.

      @@comicsaredope The only Tom King Batman I read was Everyone Loves Ivy in ~41-43. Ivy is a favorite and I'd call that story conceptually cool but fast and loose everywhere else.
      I'd like to hear your thoughts on Tom King as a Batman reader.
