    I made these. They're so fudgy and gorgeous and delicious, and even with the added chocolate chunks they're really not too sweet. I have finally found my go-to chocolate brownie. ❤❤❤ Thanks for an amazing recipe!

      do you remember how much caster sugar you used? i followed the recipe and found it way too sweet, even though it tasted heavenly!

      @@sTarRyNiiTeX Apologies for the hideously late reply, I only just came back to this video and saw your comment by chance. The recipe I have in my folder says that I used 1 cup of brown sugar and 1/2 cup of white? I think I changed the proportions slightly and reduced the sugar, but it's been a very long time since I made these.

    To get that look on the top of the brownie. I normally melt my butter on the stove top and let it cool completely. Add the butter and the vanilla before then the eggs. You don’t want to add the eggs to hot or warm butter because it will cook them. I’ve been making this recipe for years now following the above method and it always looks like hers.

      So the butter has to be cooled but still runny?

    Made this and it was perfect! Not sure how much sugar i should reduce by as it tasted way too sweet.. the video here seemed to have added white sugar of less than 1 1/3 cup as stated in the recipe (google her name and recipe title for the recipe). Any suggestions to reduce the sugar but still ensure the same quality of brownie?

      maybe 200g white sugar (1 cup) and 100g brown sugar

      It’s something to do with the types of sugars used. This recipe has both white and brown and has a crispy top.
