Does one pay to enter cape point

It surely isn't the southernmost tip of the peninsula. It is clearly signposted as the most SOUTHWESTERLY tip. Sadly, vlogger upon vlogger promote the falsehood of "the Southernmost tip of Africa." Cape Town doesn't have two oceans; just the Atlantic. The tip of Africa is at Agulhas 231km south of Cape Town. The two oceans meet 250km offshore from Agulhas and, no, one cannot see how two oceans meet. The many videos to that effect is #fakenews.
Please help spread the factual position. West of the 20th meridian is Atlantic, and Agulhas is almost right on the 20th degree. Cape Point is far west from that. ❤
