    Damn this brings it raging back. I used to live in Donny all my early childhood, and now live in the US. These houses look incredibly small, but the people are still the best. Thats what matters.

      Yes I can imagine. We have 4 bed house now and still comparing to the houses in the US it’s tiny. It’s a tiny island the UK compared with US hence the houses are much smaller

    Renting for the long term. You can build your portfolio, and it's something you can past on for your children. There are a lot of people who will help you get a better understanding of property, as people will always need somewhere to live.

    • @AgnesMann
      @AgnesMann  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      yes it's a great option. We will see if selling gives us better ROI than renting option. Thank you

    Ideal for one person or family with one child. Sadly the cellar and backyard have been ignore. Never less it is a good home for a low income family. Keep your rent modest.

      Thank you so much 😊💐💐💐💐🙏✌️We did renovation to high standard. We once were tenants and had bad landlords. We do not want to fall in that category.

    Do you mind to share numbers? How much did it cost? How much will it be rented? How did you rented before, social renting or standard renting? How much could you sell the property for?
    Thanks for the value provided

    • @AgnesMann
      @AgnesMann  11 หลายเดือนก่อน

      @adeajagunna9024 I can’t advise on this but you need to call up a few estate agents and see what’s the market like. They will all say you should invest so hence it’s best to also check with a few and see how long properties you looking into been on the market and the reasons why. If they take long so sell means market is slow and not best time to invest unless you are willing to take the risk and also you can then negotiate as well

      Thank you mam ❤for asking me, plz don't sell this house, as per my opinion renting a home would be a good idea, bcz of renting a home u able to create a side income, as a London side price of home is very high, so you shouldn't sell this house, this income will help you to run your day to day life, u can spend some money if u have other source of income. And last this home will help your kids.

    • @AgnesMann
      @AgnesMann  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes it’s a small house but it’s ideal as a start up house and we might be selling it actually as we’ve been offered good price for it. Thanks

      @@patel_saheb23 thank you Akhil. We might end up selling as rent is really small and the cash we can use to extend our house which would be better ROI. We will see what happens. Please help us grow by sharing the video with your friends and fam. Stay safe
