      I saw that warmup 1 min after you posted it, 12:11. It said you posted it at 12:10. I saw it at 12:10 but changed to 12:11 when I clicked it.

    My tips!
    1. Stay consistent and don't give up! Trust me! You won't regret it :>
    2. Drink water after every set!
    3. Do a short stretch after doing this routine! It'll help you feel better!
    4. Don't be afraid to take longer breaks or resting before the ten second rest!

    I did the warm up and workout this morning and I thought it was probably the best workout I’ve ever done! The one exercise
    that really got me in my core were the Russian twists.
    I can’t wait till the daily flexibility routine on the 8th. Anna is amazingly flexible and kind- hearted, I hope for everyone that is

    Im sweating in places i didnt know i could sweat but im going to update every day for 20 days, putting an emoji for how my mood was that day since we all have down days doing a workout challenge❤
    Day 1😊: felt great and was very confident!
    Day 2😊:forgot to update but i didnt get past legs.
    Day 3🙁: skipped 5 days because of lack of motivation so im not so proud of myself this time but im just glad i did it today.

    Now i'm done with first day, and WOW! it was REALLY hard! but i promised myself that i will do this workout in 21 days and see if it is easier! and the smart thing by starting January 1st is that i know how many days i've done this just by checking the date :)

    Just found you channel about a week ago! Have been insecure of my body and these workouts make me feel refreshed and proud of what I am doing! Only on my 3rd day of the playlist and I think that I'm already improving! Thank you so much Anna! You are so sweet and so talented!     Anna, you have no idea how much I appreciate these videos, along with your most recent stretch routine!!! I got my good leg split when I was around 9, and had my bad leg split a couple of times but then lost them after not stretching for a while!!
    Your most recent stretch routine is so helpful you have no idea!! I am so close to my bad leg being just as flexible as my good leg!!

    thank you so much anna! i am on day 6 and so proud of myself! i’ve always been the type of person who avoids working out at all costs but you’ve changed that and now i love it! today was my first day that i only paused the video twice so yay! you’re incredible thank you for all you do💕 my favorite is all the leg exercises and also, the music was a great addition to the video and super helpful to keep me motivated😄 happy new year!

    I think it is kind of funny how Anna thinks set three is a bit easier than 1 and 2 because I think it is the hardest 😂 but it could just be easier for her.

    💌 My favorite one is the toe touch modifications! I like all the modifications best esp. the push up lifts, it reminds of a yoga move.

    Don't mind me just doing this to keep track
    Day 1: ✅ much struggle but completed 😂
    Day 2: ✅
    Day 3: ✅ I can't quite express how badly I didn't want to do this but I have (slopply) conquered!
    Day 4: ✅ usually Sundays are a rest day but I think this workout is low impact enough it's fine:)
    Day 5: ✅
    Day 6: ✅ Also today's my birthday lolz
    Day 7: ✅ I actually got Anna's yoga mat and stretch band for mi bday so that's cool

    Hey Anna, I love your workouts and stretch routines! But I was wondering if you could make separate workout videos for arms, legs, and abs? Preferably no jumping/no equipment, as those suit my lifestyle so well. Thanks so much for all you've done already!! :)

      i think she already has for abs and legs in her channel, not sure about arms though but definitely worth checking!
