      I'm digging a pond with a little 25 hp tractor...
      I have a picture in my head. After a rain, it looked like the picture I imagined, but I'm not done going down.
      If you have a vision, you can make it happen.

    I was thinking that dredging with the mini would take forever, but those scoops were surprisingly large, and you moved way more mud than I expected. That was a tidy very job of losing the spoil as well. I bet that's going to grow some nice grass when it dries. A shame about the strip of land at the end of the cove. It would be lovely being able to take a wee boat out to the big pond, providing the owner was happy.

    Really enjoyed from 27 min. forward. Speeding up and somewhat distant view gives me a much better comprehension of the overall effort and planning accomplished by the operator.

    Nice little clean up job.
    I always wondered why there’s not an electric control valve out on the stick to change the outlet. It be nice to change between the thumb and tilt bucket without getting out of the cab.

    Seeing swamp mats and how other people use them is always cool. We just used 15000 swamp mats to build one pad. And our last job had about 100k swamp mats. It was non stop semi truck loads for about a year and a half to deliver them. They're all stacked up in a couple lay down yards.

    Not sure why I'm watching this, I sit on a machine all week putting up poles. I'm even on a ten day break and can't stay away from machines. That Yanmar is a nice piece, looks really responsive with an awesome slew speed. Love the planetary motor sound.

    That made it look a whole lot nicer !! Sucks though that ,the little bit that was left up front wasn't his, would have really looked nice to have it all opened back up !! But, you made it look way nicer Chris !! I bet just about every pond/ lake , there where you live Chris , needs that done , on the regular !! You guys have a lot of sand that gets washed into your ponds there...Well, Great as always Chris !! May be you'll get back to showing the start of "Bealy's Pond" !! lololool... Yeah !!     Mats and the Yanmar mini should be different to view but that bucket is a tab on the small size.
    That larger bucket with the mini speed seems to help more.

    You did a fine job on that little pond. It would have looked much better if you could have taken out all the grass and mud into the big pond but you can only do what you can. It will look much better when the pond is full.

    Strawberry Shortcake did a nice job of decorating that side of the pond. The Dirt Sculptor did a nice job on it too. Your backup job could be cake decorating.

    Chris I got the same machine as you and on my clean-up bucket I installed regulator valves before the Q.D. fittings on the bucket hoses and man is it a lot more friendly now. I know the thumb button is progressive, but we know how quick it is also. Nice work on the pond!👍

      I believe that with the extra knuckle for tilting the grading bucket the thumb would not reach far enough down to grab the cutting edge of the grade bucket..so even if extra piloted valves where added the thumb I don’t believe would work very well.

    On a-lot of these jobs would be kinda neat to have a camera set back somewhere overlooking the jobsite in time-lapse mode. Would make some great videos for TH-cam Shorts or even to throw in at the end of the video!
