Honestly the key to sleep is Exercise, Clean eating, and Constantly learning. If you can do those three things I can guarantee you will be the most tired you have ever been by the end of the day. all in all I probably have 600mg of caffeine a day and still can sleep just fine at night because of all the mentally and physically taxing things I do on a daily basis.
