(Unfortunately as i Don't know how to mod RW, but) if I make a campaign mod with SSneaky (electric mimic boi) stuck in Rainworld (during the ancients time), I defiantly got to add dialogue compatibility with rotundworld. mostly so that the "Me OC" (which would be in the 2nd part, serving as a constant following iterator) can be all like "SSneak I think you've eaten enough by now, the pipes can only fit soo much width wise" it would also enable you to become rotund off of just (edible) gravel. seems like its not a 'weight' issue but a weight issue
Another good mod is “Swallow Everything” mod. Allows you to swallow anything, but the “More Grabs” mod is needed to grab on to anything. It can allow you to travel around with your lizard pet or bring a popcorn plant with you.
Shotouts to the Fartificer mod that only changes artificers double jump sound effect and also to that one rivulet mod that adds the TF2 Scout voicelines to rivulet
god i cant wait for them to start adding custom slugcats, im also very excited for when they port fancy slugcats to the workshop as that is by far my favorite mod, a couple other ones i like are custom tails, better shelters, karma apetite, there are just so many good mods that can be exported to 1.9
@@dinoboi7756 karma appetite was a mod that allowed the slugcat to gain buffs the more karma/full he was, if u had max karma and full stomatch u would get some buffs like more speed, damage, the ability to craft (like gourmand) and jump boost, it was fun to play with it but not advised bc at max karma ur basicly rivulet with gourmand's spear strength and crafting.
Currently waiting for the enemy randomizer to be added to the workshop. Until then, I will be relying on the Rain World: Chaos Edition mod to inflict s̶u̶f̶f̶e̶r̶i̶n̶g̶ randomness onto my save files. Also the OSHA gates mod is great
The sun hat mod now works with slugpups as well!! Makes gourmand's endings absolutely adorable! Saint still doesn't work though, apparently the fur causes issues with a lot of customization mods

A slugcat tribe would be amazing, a whole new race category like scavenger that has their own mechanics and way of going around. They can also be seen as a threat not because they want to kill you since I doubt they would if you don't mess with them, but getting bat flies, stealing fruit and kinda forcing your slug cat to be more aggressive or even trade with them to survive.
There definitely needs to be more slugcats all around. No idea how would they implement them though - noone but the slugcat can jump because of pathfinding issues, this would have to be gotten around of.
A very good mod I know is Aim anywhere mod. It basically allows you to aim with your mouse so you can aim 360 degrees. Once you use it you won't be able to leave it.

didn’t seem like you mentioned it in the video, so just wanted to mention minimalist multiplayer uses a separate application to join a host, so even people that don’t rain world can play it also, you can play as creatures (this is all from what I remember from the mods steam page, haven’t played it myself so there’s a good chance this isn’t fully accurate)
I really hate only playing on switch, I can’t use any of these mods, even if I had it on steam my mom would NEVER let me download a mod even if she knew it wasn’t a virus :(
okay lads sorry for being an absolute doofus but how does installing workshop mods work? i clicked subscribe and it downloads it, i open the game and they arent there. am i missing something? help much appreciated, my 1 braincell is overloaded

Like, I find the mods I need in the workshop, I include them in the remix and... Nothing happens. Before downloading dlc, I used mods, but after downloading they stopped working and I simply deleted everything related to them, including partality launcher and config machine. Do you need them now?
Mi favorite is the split screen, it makes the co-op more practical and it gives the old games nostalgia, maibe in the future will get rain world online ho knows
