Pentaglottis sempervirens spreads by seed. The seed capsules can be transported over some distance on animal fur or clothing.

It regenerates also from the deep perennial tap root. Colonies arise close to the parent plant.
Leaves:
Hairy stems and leaves broadly ovate and noticeably bristly. The leaves have deep veins.

this plant standed out to me as if this plant asked me spiritually
"why don't you use me ?"
my spiritual response was " let's find your botanic name and study the benefits and
then picking it and use it.
