Watched some of this live on my lunch break then just caught up when I got home. Looks great, look forward to seeing the blender part.
Thanks!! Blender work is scheduled for wed: tomorrow will be the extras like mushrooms, plants and acorns for the scene 👍🏾😁

Thank you!! 🙌🏾😁 little extras for this guy coming tomorrow 🍄
Can’t wait 😂
I really appreciate your every tutorials of nomad sculpt... You are the light of the begginner of ipad 3d modeling!!!! I hope someday I can make my own sculpt without tutorial :) Thank you so much for detailed explanation. And, it's just my opinion but can you upload some tutorials for isometric or diorama? thank you so much!
Do you have your finished models for sale anywhere? For 3d Printing?
When I join the arms and eyes with the body it won’t let me smooth it. Can someone help?
Hello! When i delete the default sphere and then i add a new one it is not as smooth as the first one, but in your video when you add the second sphere it looks smooth like the first one, why is this ?
Nvm i just figured out, just had to toggle the smooth shading option 😅
im wondering does it affect the proportions or other things when sculpting in orthographic instead of perspective(default) view?
Yes, if you’re working on something, part of it will look bigger or smaller, so you’ll be adjusting according to perspective distortion which will keep changing as you move the model. Best to model first then allow the lens (which is how we normally see perspective due to our eyes) do the natural perspective work. Sometimes however, you may have to adjust things according to your render image… like mickeys ears for example. To get the classic 2D appearance, I had to move one ear into place just for the render 👍🏾
So yeah, orthographic is better because your proportions won’t look distorted*
How come your view thing in the top right is a cube? Mine is a sphere and it won't let me rotate around like you did at 36:20
Are you in the latest version of nomad? Also check the snap cube settings, you may be able to change it to more cubish shape!
@@drugfreedavefound the reason! Rotation was in turntable mode not trackball
Why do you decimate?
How do you hide all your tools? I am using mobile and I want to do glamour shots on my character(without using blender) help help!!!!!
It may not be possible on mobile? I sometimes minimize the tools so it’s just a straight row down the side of the screen. That may be the only option on the smaller screen 👍🏾
@@drugfreedave how you do that? I don't see any option here
oh no why do i have to wait so long i had my ipad ready lol 😢
Noooooo why 2 days 😢
I'm going out of town, so I have videos scheduled to cover most of the days i'm gone! I premiered this one bc i'm super excited about it! :)
@@drugfreedave oohh. I'm excited as well, can't wait to watch it :)
Looks like the luffy actor in the one piece live action.
Why do you decimate?
You can lower the poly count of a mesh. Usually you won’t notice until you decimate too much and the mesh starts to deform little by little 👍🏾
