Could you please stop using only percentages in your headlines. It can be very misleading - as you already know. Use the actual number of occurrences. If you go from one crash to two crashes that's 100% increase. Great for headlines - not great for telling the true story.

When cell phones were issued at work and traveling by car was part of my job, my boss couldn't reach once while I was on the road. He asked why I didn't answer and I told him I turn my cellphone off while driving because to me it's common sense that I need to focus on driving.
