I remember watching a interview where Ollie said that baby metal offered to do their whole verse in English but he wanted them to do some of it in their native tongue, which is awesome. Love Ollie and this album is so good
Good reaction. This collab was on the cards for a long time, BMTH and BABYMETAL have been good friends for several years since they first met at a festival in the UK where they were both playing and they have often spoken about wanting to collaborate. At the end of their 2019 tour BABYMETAL invited BMTH to tour with them in Japan and they opened at 4 of their big arena shows. BABYMETAL originally sent their contribution for this song all in English, Ollie asked them to include some Japanese. He has also said that the contrast with Su-metal's sweet vocals made him go even harder with his growls and screams. Kyle - not sure why, before you first heard this, you saw BABYMETAL was featured and thought "...this wouldn't be good". BABYMETAL always make everything they're involved in better.

Im not sure if somone already mentioned it. But in this collab Babymetal had first recorded everything in english and BMTH decided that they want also some japanese parts in the song. And with that i think they reached another level of epicness for it. Keep up the great work guys!
Honestly, this is how a real collab is done. Really get annoyed with "collabs" where the featured artist sings like a word or two. This almost feels like 60% Babymetal and 40% BMTH, if you really count the time each group sung in the song..... If you take away the swearing, this song/sound wouldn't be out of place in a Babymetal album, especially their last album Metal Galaxy, which was an experiment with sound, cultures and genres from all over the musical spectrum. 🤘🦊🤘
Im not much of a BMTH fam but they were very smart in how they made this song. Instead of trying to shoe horn Suzuka and Moa into a BMTH song... They essentislly just made a a Babymetal song with BMTH seasoning.

Good reaction. Babymetal was going to sing everything in English, but BMTH told them no, they wanted them to sing part of it in Japanese. Babymetal and BMTH's friendship goes back many years, when they played, I seem to remember, as support acts on their tour in Japan. Babymetal has endeared itself to all the groups it has worked with. Which was not difficult considering that most of them knew them when they were under 16 hahahahahahaha

This just shows that Babymetal doesn’t screw around on their collaborations. This was f** gold standard here and that becomes even more obvious with Distortion. Which was a collaboration with Arch Enemy. Then you add Road To Resistance which is Babymetal's Anthem basically. Was actually a direct collaboration with DragonForce of all people. I know I missing some here but what probably surprised me the most. Was their connections with Marty Friedman. Mr. Heavy Metal himself as he is known in Japan. Come to find out Takayoshi Ohmura who needs no f*** introduction here. Also plays in Marty's Japanese band as holly s**** lol. 🙀💕 Marty has been a great ambassador & supporter of BabyMetal, Bandmaid and other Japanese artists. Which he frequently promotes through his interviews and events throughout Japan. If one gets the time check out Rolling Stones interview. "How MegaDeath's Marty Friedman became a Japanese superstar." It a pretty amazing story in itself, and to think how it leads to Babymetal is just f*** epic!! More to this band then one could ever realize. 🤘💕🦊

It went down well 🤣🤣🤣
You would have suffered the wrath of The One with a comment like that. LOL
@@r1learner178 I did 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
@@infin8reactions By the way I noticed you haven't reacted to Hanabie's latest song Neet Game, might be worth a look seeing as though you looked like you liked their other songs. Neet Game at: th-cam.com/video/PLfZ54FUG5w/w-d-xo.html
@@r1learner178 ooooh Ill record it for tomorrow!! Thanks 😁
@@infin8reactions No problem, look forward to it.
F**King right doggy that's good cake is off american pie right? 😂
Yes lol
@@Rykerroad I knew that sounded familiar, me and my friends in our high school days loved them movies!
This song is an perfect Anime Intro song hopefully someone uses it in the future
These bands got to be friends through being at common festivals, leading to Babymetal bringing BMTH on tour with them. Olly himself has said this is one of his own favorite BMTH songs. We can only WISH for this to be performed live, properly, someday. 🤘🦊🤘
This is probably their most diverse sounding album yet!! Please react to "Dear Diary" next!! The lyrics are sick!!
Tasty, itchy
Hands down as a mega fan of Btmh this was my most favorite colab they have done so far.
RONDO OF NIGHTMARE with the intro by GODS OF MISCHIEF LIVE a solo sang by su-metal with a kick ass intro
I definitely vote for 1x1. Thanks to bmth I now know the nova twins. Love those girls 🔥
Have you seen "Oh Majinai!" and when Su performed at Metal Hammer with Rob Halford?
I know you guys would love this- if you feel like listening to any covers, please please PLEASE check out Zephyrianna’s cover of this song, she sings and screams every part of it herself and it’s AWESOME.
I love Gimme Chocolate from Baby Metal.
You really should react to Babymetal BxMxC at Budokan, that is the best live of that song
Just wait til you guys get to the Sabaton and F. Hero collabs of BabyMetal.
He needs to react to Pa-Pa-Ya!
Great reaction mate:)
For great song of 2020
i hope you do more babymetal songs like pa pa ya, Karate, Chocolate and few other good ones.
I just saw they announced show dates in Japan- BMTH will be joined by I Prevail, along with Yungblud & Babymetal- those shows are going to be MASSIVE
This song hits even harder live! 🤘🔥
When bro said open the door of time it made me remember when I opened the door of time in legend of Zelda ocorina of time 😂
if you guys reacted the entire EP..........can't say i'd be mad 👀
I suggest the one with Amy Lee I love that track!!!
I hate most new music but Bring Me the Horizon and Babymetal have been fresh everytime they release new stuff. I’ve listened to this song on repeat for the past 2 weeks
Great Cover!
Only just seeing this, as a metalhead showing this to anybody else. The only reaction is just smiling waiting for the persons reaction 😂
You guys should react to pray for plagues from BMTH.
Bring me the horizon opened for Babymetal and they hit it off . I would love to see you react to either Pa Pa YA or BMC by Babymetal . Do the live versions
Not everyone is blurred for copywrite,i have seen other reactions to this video..your channel seems to be something extraordinary
For real, we don't know why but this is just how it is unfortunately.
Sad we couldn’t see Baby Metals dancing moves ! They have very cool moves !! 🤘🤜
You could react to ANYTHING on that album and I'm down. The whole album slaps...Also...More BABYMETAL please. Thank you.
Good job psychos…..congrats on 60K. More J-Rock/Metal, very skilled, interesting and unique bands in Japan.
Oli at the end of the song basically saying "fuck you!" fuels me
I remember the first time i heard this and i was like "WTF IS THIS?! I LOVE IT~"
Every song in the album must be react :D
I agree, 1x1 is a banger
I will forever be here for watching people react to this song for the first time 😂🙌
1x1 definitely needs to be the next reaction to BMTH
Marty has been a great ambassador & supporter of BabyMetal, Bandmaid and other Japanese artists.
yeah this was fire
