too much luck involved, u need like triple to crit the blob monster on left which is 20% on top of 20% and another 20% to get gray alive with 4 hp at the end of the turn
somehow the previous boss so buggy. monster killed not dies... monster cannot be pushed... edit: somehow after restarting the game the bug not happen again and i can clear it. round 1: helena buff, seir use damage reduction and placed at front center, Eleaneer use + skill to center, gray use push to right side enemy so it align with boss. (make sure no other character in + line of Seir since the boss will use + skill that insta kill non reduction damage character) round 2: seir hit the enemy at front center to kill it and open path for gray, gray use - skill in the middle so it hit boss and kill right and left back enemy, helena push the enemy at the center for setting up the + skill from Eleaneer next 2 round. in this round Seir will die. round 3: helena use buff again (place her at left back), Eleaneer will hit normally (place her at right back so the aoe did not hit both of them the same time), place Gray at center front as sacrifice round 4: use Eleaneer + skill to clear the enemy. hope this help even it might be confusing without video demo

yeah yu had to kill those 3 enemies on first turn in order to continue so just retry until we get it

Tank it with the tanker(I forgot her name). You should put her alone to be targeted by the boss.
