Shantien is the biggest reason why I'm disappointed with Frontier's end of service. I wanted him to have a Solstice form like his rival Disufiroa, I wanted to see him survive his own powers and master them to their full potential
@@asdergold1 really, we can only imagine what he could've been. Also, I want a spin-off title on the Great Dragon War, just to see those two ignore everything and start fighting each other like the huge badasses they are
@@DarkSeeker9713 actually funfact they both didnt ignore them they were whith fatalis the other two which did the most dmg to humanity yeah the dragon basically won and humanity waa luckyy to survive
Excellent list, m8. I'm glad I'm not the only one who sees the beauty of this game in its final days. I've been collecting as much information as I can regarding the game, from all the soundtracks to all the artbooks. The 10th anniversary archives book is easily the most interesting. From what I can see (because I don't know Japanese lol) this book has literally everything regarding the series, from game renders, concept art, icons, FUCKING WEBSITE FRONT PAGES, ads, merchandise, game guides, magazine mentions, and interviews from the main creators, and even a complete set of production signatures... just a few years before the end. If you're interested, I could release some photos of the book (or heck, point you in the direction of buying options). I just figured that this information deserves to be shared with all fans of this amazing deceased game.
I was never one of those people who bashed the game for all the worst and redundant reasons to possibly come up with. I ignored the basic aspects copied from mainline's design choices to be implemented on Frontier's monsters. The divisive chunks spread throughout each and every wake inside western audiences; combined with the absolute atrocity from rage gaming's bias perspective of Frontier that ultimately influenced the hate EVEN HIGHER, is insufferable to grasp. Back then when the music introduced me, I admired Frontier simply because it looked so incredibly interesting just to watch. Months passed prior to my inspiration, and now that I've fully experienced it myself, Monster Hunter Frontier has officially become one of my favorite video games of all time. Because of how much quality and depth it took to newer heights in forms of concepts, solid gameplay, tremendous variety, absolutely brilliant design choices, omnipotent soundtrack gallery that's beyond perfect with all kinds of scenarios and emotions that's presented in it's own unique symphonic top tier monster hunter orchestral instrumentation, both the challenge and reward factor becoming a brand new monster hunter experience altogether, and the community as a whole that's always been so loyal and dedicated to fresh new ideas brought to the tables for over a decade, everything... EVERYTHING about Frontier's legacy... is wreathed in art. One that never hesitates, even for a second, to introduce different, unique, and innovative ideas to exponentially improve the monster hunter formula. It saddens me that the latter outlooks are constantly being overwhelmed with spikes, being too over the top, and shitting AOE's like the naysayers always follow by as if they know what they're talking about. When in fact it all comes out as entirely subjective, wrong, and just plain hateful One of these days, I have high hopes for it's eventual triumphant return. Be it private server or remaster, Frontier is one of those games that desperately deserves a second chance. Western audience enthusiasm like this for discussing Frontier is extremely rare. I'm grateful that you were one of those people that actually gave it a chance and loved it just as much as I do Also long live the king: Guanzorumu
Love the video but about the Zeru part charge thing: apparently it's actually about what kind of damage he is taking most, not what part is being focused the most.
I have no idea why Capcom chose to shut down *THIS* of all games! Hell, even if they had to shut down all the servers for every single Capcom title in existence just to keep Frontier alive, I would legit rather they do that than shut down Frontier. I never got to play it period. And I don’t know if there will ever be a video game that comes close to Frontier’s ludicrousness ever again. The reason Crimson Demon Fatalis is so angry is because he saw this coming. He knew his home would be Thanos snapped by Capcom. And I’m equally pissed.
I feel like frontier is where all the scrapped mainline monsters go. Speaking of, imagine that if this is what we GOT, what kind of insanity was SCRAPPED
A bit late yes: but my comment only stated that a monster could possibly make it in *in the future* after so long, not that one could make it in for the first time ever. I am fully aware and have been that Lavasioth and Hypnocatrice did make it in via FU, but that would also fall into my talk of “after so long”, seeing as how it has been 12 years since the game came out. Just clearing that up.
I am so confused people hate on frontier but think dauntless is fine the only difference is frontier had the balls to go full on anime with its monster
Keep this mind guanzorumu (until your character comes in) has never defeated, has possibly conquered more monsters and hunters, and has earn his spot among the strongest. Fiatals: is possibly immortal but has already token multiple L's from hunters, has never fought any monster because there to scared of him and token down one kindom then stayed there forever

We need more people like you in the Monster Hunter community.
Long may Frontier reign.
Man its been a while since i watched this, always love the content. i got into frontiers and now with the new servers up. its so fun

I wish baruraguru got more love would’ve been perfect for the main series.but no we got lavasioth
In all fairness we didn’t get any leviathans at all. Though definitely agree, I would love barura to come to the west.
Definitely in my top Monsters to bring to main series, among the best fits in style
I’m surprised you didn’t make a jojo reference with dio

Thank god a private server is currently in the works, I need to play it. Probably won’t be out till 2022, but still
Dio could be a concept for a monster in mhw wearing crystals that it warms up to attack
It’s nice to see I’m not the only who finds rathalos fight faulty and annoying
I really want that whale monster in rise.
You absolute coward not putting Pobo in at least top 5
I feel like frontier is where all the scrapped mainline monsters go. Speaking of, imagine that if this is what we GOT, what kind of insanity was SCRAPPED
Shame some of these monsters won’t end up making it into world they all look amazing and really fun to fight
"An all new, never before seen element in the form of light"
you say that maybe a frontier monster will make it to the main series well its already happened with lavasioth
Hypnocatrice also

Frakin frontier seems so goshdang ridiculous. I really mished my chance.
Btw there is a big chance that we will get a frontier monster in world
Yea right
Nope. Arch Tempered Velkhana was the final update (to my knowledge).
@@GameArchon215 I was going that frostfang barioth would be one since barioth already had a variant
Well we got one in the main series lol
There's 3, actually. 4 if you want to count the variant of one of them
Blue Ragu
When I saw odibatorasu I clicked
Keep this mind

So you like monsters that looks like it is from Dragon ball super characters😂
Yes
Shantien is literally that new elder wind dragon from Mh Rise but the rise one sucks ass, whack ass fight.
