One of my favorite versions of Spidey. I love the idea of combining my favorite Spidey comics (Ultimate Spider-Man) with my favorite Spidey films (The Raimi Trilogy) and they executed very well. If I had to nitpick, I think this show should have stuck to the idea of it being an adaptation of the Ultimate comics, therefore they could use more villains without fear that the later films would use them.
@@Proaz15 I'ed say the Raimi Trilogy adapted the ascetic and feel of the 60's-70's Spidey comics, and took a lot of the plot points, character motivations, and overall structure from the (90's animated series and the Ultimate comics. Essentially it was designed to be a combo of all the well known and loved versions of Spidey.
Well it wasn't marketed for kids, but it's not like completely anti-child either. I saw this series when I was fairly young and I still really liked it; I guess it depends if you're a kid who can understand and appreciate more mature themes, rather than just wacky cartoony shit. I was a big fan of Mainframe Entertainment growing up, so I watched pretty much all of their shows... their brief take on Spider-Man was glorious, but I just wish it had caught on so we could have gotten more.
You know what this theme is already epic but as soon as the same theme starts playing with the beats of Guitar my Lord this makes the theme beyond Epic ❤❤❤❤❤
