Everyone of us has a back story. Some keep it to themselves and others use it for His glory. This woman is smart and she was fortunately able to pivot and turn what was meant to destroy her into a changed mindset. I am thankful that she lived to tell her story. She does not look like what she has been through. She mentions that her life got "interesting' upon meeting the pimp. When OUR young girls wind up in desperate situations they do desperate things. When anyone shows them love, no matter how dysfunctional, they are open to receive it. I pray that this podcast motivates us all to look around to see who we can help not have to make the choices she was making at 13. If we focus most of us probably know some young girl or boy in our circles who could use someone to help guide them away from the pimps and predators in this world. Let us all look to see how we can all reach back. I mentor young girls and most folks would be amazed, in a negative way, about what many of these young girls are running from to chose the streets over being with family. All homes are not safe loving environments. Also she was very naive when she got out there. She had not had a lot of life experiences up to that point and sadly that street life can be attractive to naive young people when you first experience it 😢 As much as we try to protect our young girls from having to live 'that life' the devil is always trying to entice them with the lies that it is better on the other side. The love of money is the root of all evil. We need to teach and show our young people that money is a tool but not the end all be all in this life.

@@jackjack4412 I’m a carrier. I saw that I needed to understand trucking more intimately. Some people can manage from the outside not knowing anything, I think women tend to lean in. So I got my CDL, CLA, CLT and other ish to make sure I had a good foundation to supply chain management and how transportation impacts the larger picture. Also drivers are interesting, some will take advantage others are solid.

Someone paid $100k for her to participate in Grant Cardone workshop. . .you. an act like there is no God if you want to but you are SLEEP if you do not see how Gods hand has moved the bar for Ms. Ashley to walk in her purpose. Most profound thing I heard her say was she orayed and asked God if the recruitment was what she was supposed to do. You + God=majority❤
Truckers are not going for the shitty pay companies are dishing out!!! If the company pays well and has somewhat decent management. Companies will not have a problem recruiting or maintaining a trucker. Has nothing to do with truckers being lazy. If you are really in the industry, Recruiters are the devil themselves!!! I've been suckered once by a major carrier!! Worst than a used car salesman. Small companies have a problem, Nickle & diming or paying drivers late on payday. Interest story and interview. A lot of drivers are getting out of OTR. You can make just much or more doing local or semi-regional.
She was slow basically left her granny to sell her body ya granny was trying stop u from living that life and selling ya soul.
