    Thank you for this. Seems like some good content. I am a new truck driver recruiter, although I have been driving for anout 4 years total. This is great I will put in place these tactics.

    As trucker,all I can say is DONT LIE to us,we will find out and we'll be gone.I have talked to maybe 60 other truckers about retention,jumping ship,etc.over 90 percent tell me they left because of recruiter lies

      Shady recruiter promises and bad dispatchers are the two biggest reasons leave trucking companies, it's not cents per mile like many people think. CPM matter when you are looking for a new carrier but not once you are there. Thanks for commmenting!

    The dude is like "we will begin in two minutes" trying to make it sound like they have a huge live audience, but in reality only 11 people have seen this video EVER.
